10" motorized newtonian I'm planning to build

I ran FEA analysis simulations and the structure is quite sturdy, with maximum displacements in the order of microns under its own weight plus 5 kilos of imaging gear.

I'll use pine plywood for the parts in yellow, aluminum for the truss tubes, PETG for the 3D printed parts highlighted in black, and a 120 mm pc fan for mirror cooling

I also ran physical optical propagation simulations in python to see how diffraction spike would look like at different wavelengths.

I will use nema 23 stepper motors for altitude and azimuth motion with tmc2209 drivers, controlled via an esp32 micro-controller and custom code.
