Hi! Im really new into art commissions and i need others opinion!!

I really hope it nothing against the rules or i tagged this post correctly, (i read the rules of course, but if i missed something, im sorry!!)

Few of my friends have already told me i should join making art for others as my little financial/art practice help, but there are two really important questions i have to ask other artist before i even begin because i just cant decide and of course, im not that educated when it comes to prices etc…(thats why im asking here to change that :) )

First of all, price.
My works are done in between 2 to 5 hours, really depends on the character and my motivation really.

And second?
Am i even qualified to try doing comms? Ive been thinking to myself whether I should practice a bit more before I start selling my art
(this means that i would love to hear your thoughts and suggestions what i should draw/do differently!)

(Ps: Most of the drawings are from this years artfight, i love to make credits but i cant access the users rn so check them out on my artfight they have amazing characters <3! @kocicikatastrofa)

(Ps 0.2 the last art is a but older but i thought i could include it due to the lighting and shading i really like on this one)

i made these pieces as a reference for my full like rendered, background done pieces for my comms sheet but tbh the drawings don’t compare to the professionals and it feels like too much to charge.

i wanna know if you’d pay $5 for this or if you’d pay less..

For starters il put some of my most recently done drawings, now I've been drawing for about 4-5 years now, and I really enjoy doing character concepts for in game skins or just characters in general. And I've never really even thought about doing comms, I've got basicly zero knowledge.

How does one even fully start this all?. Should I create a price sheet and a portfolio? But then where do I post it, currently my tiktok has been shadow banned glitched for over 2 months now and other places I just seem to get no views no matter what I do.

Any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated.

for every character added in the drawing the price will double so if one character was 20 but you want 2 characters the price will be 40 dollars.

chibi will be 7 dollars

bust will be 11 dollars

half body will be 15

and full body will be 20!

you can also do chibi add ons to any drawing for 2+ dollars.

i do half and half payment!! (Half before i start or with a sketch and the other half when I’m done (id give you a watermarked version before payment and the full version post payment)
