18) Mukai. I get the feeling people forget he is one of the worst candidates to ever go on the show. He was massively frustrating to watch. He was called out as a poor salesman in Week 1 and would've been in serious trouble had the men lost, then Week 2 he was PM for a task he was qualified to lead yet bombed badly. He cut people off during team calls and bulldozed pretty much everyone's ideas, at that point everyone (especially his arch rival Paul) got frustrated by him and his poor leadership. I don't remember much of Week 3 but he was Sub PM, did poorly, had a row in public with Paul displaying nothing but cockiness and had the audacity to throw Alexandra under the bus, also everyone expected him to go that week so people were shocked to see him come back. Finally, Week 4 was arguably his best task where he sold the highest value item and nearly escaped the firing line, however he pushed for handbags to be sold which was a bad idea, seemed very fixated on having Rebecca in the window and had been exceptionally poor up until that point where he had to go. Overall, he had a fair bit of confidence but was an absolute disaster as a candidate and is one of the more forgotten infamous bad candidates.

17) Natalie. Not a whole lot to say about her except she had pretty no chance of a deep run with what she displayed in 2 weeks. In Week 1, she sold £300 vases for £15. That is idiotic (albeit it was probably because of Michelle's abysmal pricing strategy), she also swore in the boardrrom underneath her breath when called out for this just after raising both hands up thinking she'll get praised. Then she didn't do a whole lot that showed skill and it culminated in her getting fired over Jessica who completely fell apart as a leader, Mukai who was being Mukai and Karthik who was being a massive disruption.

16) Michelle. Arguably a better candidate than Natalie and I do respect her for putting herself forward as PM in Week 1, however when you look at her low pricing, quick sales strategy compared to Sofiane's high price strategy, she pretty much doomed the girls team from the get go.

15) Paul. My least favourite personality this season, but he did have some highlights that have moved him up a few places. He had a decent stint as PM in Week 1, even if the win was more so down to Sofiane, wasn't too bad in the Department store in Week 4, negotiated brilliantly in Week 6 and did well in Week 7 so he was a competent and skilled candidate. However, at times he got nasty, and I think a lot of his unlikeable moments clouded his good performances. He got into many heated arguments with Mukai in Weeks 2 and 3, I can understand this to a degree as I think many people got frustrated working with Mukai, however he did very aggressive in the Losers Cafe in Week 2 and ripped Mukai to pieces (Not that he was bothered by it), argued with Mukai in public in Week 3 and turned against Alexandra (With Mukai) in that boardroom. In addition, it seemed that the mere presence of both Sofiane and Jessica got him angry, clashing with them in both Week 5 and the finale. His worst moments came in his final week where he demoted Jessica from Sub PM and questioned her attitude on it, fell out with his one ally in Frances, had the audacity to have a row with Jessica in public in front of the guests and spoke back to Lord Sugar on numerous occassions in the boardroom. Also, I've heard that him and Grainne had a bit of a showmance on the show, if thats the case, respectfully, what the heck did she see in him?

14) Samuel. A nice guy for sure, but bit of a mid candidate. I liked how he comforted Alana in Week 3 when she got a bit flustered and seemed generally pleasent to be around. However, his Week 5 PM Stint was terrible, he had no strategy, no plan and no idea (As quoted by Grainne). He definitely would've been fired had neither Karthik nor Alana stepped up and performed as they did.

13) Alexandra. Definitely a strong woman and could've been a strong candidate had she not quit. She probably had it the worst from the seasons two unlikeable candidates in Paul and Mukai where they both turned against her in the Week 3 boardroom despite them being arch rivals, also in Week 2 she clashed with both Jessica and Natalie for reasons that I don't believe to be her fault. Honestly, If she left because of Paul and Mukais toxicity, I don't blame her one bit.

12) Rebecca. She is this high solely due to the fact that I liked her personality. She always came across very sweet and bubbly and was without a doubt one of the nicest candidates (although she's no Jason Leech) and I do feel bad that she was robbed of being PM in Week 2 due to Jessicas hypocrisy. I do think she would've been a better PM than Jessica. However, as a candidate she was pretty bad. She sold £25 worth of antiques in Week 1 and possibly could've been fired instead of Michelle (although she was pretty deserving of dismissal), was pretty bad in Week 5 and messed up badly in Week 6 with her Tagine/Tahini and Soap/Soup fiasco. Overall, lovely presence but she wouldn't make Week 6 in most seasons.

11) JD. Bless him. Despite not being a big contributor in tasks or a big personality, he is still quite memorable. Firstly, he was the friendliest and the nicest of the male candidates, highlighted by the fact that he was even liked by Paul and Mukai. Secondly, his voice was also distinctively gravelly (I don't mean that in a rude way) and third, he had some pretty memorable lines such as: 'The tea is under control'; 'Please for the love of God stop talking' and my favourite, 'Pretty sure I've got a massive sweat patch on my bum right now'. Overall, not the best candidate but not bad either and a very likeable presence this season.

10) Sofiane. A fairly polarising candidate this season. He wasn't particularly bad personality wise this season and was a decent business person. He was sensational in Week 1, carrying the likes of Mukai, JD and Courtney on his back and did reasonably well throughout the first half and created a fun atmosphere in Week 8. However, he had a tendency to stray away from the team and do his own thing, particularly week 6 where he was busy taking pictures of London during meetings. Also, he did make a pretty offensive comment in Week 3, saying 'he has a wife that cooks for him at home.'

9) Oliver. Bless this guy. As JD Mentioned on You're fired in Week 3, everyone had a soft spot for Oliver and it would be hard not to. He was such a sweet, caring, loving presence. I tthink he did okay in Week 1 and wasn't a dreadful PM in Week 3, everyone expected him to come back over both Paul and especially Mukai. Also, he absolutely smashed it in the finale, pretty much being Alana's strongest link and contributing significantly to her win.

8) Dillon. As a candidate, he wasn't bad by any means but not particularly impressive either. However, he was incredibly entertaining. His general happy go lucky, camp vibes were generally entertaining and it made others enjoy working with him. Also, his friendship with Jessica was iconic, they made quite the duo at times and the video that was shown on You're Fired of them two being besties was a little tear jeaker, as was the fact that she was absolutely broken when Dillon got fired. Also, I though this guy was between 25-30 when on the show, so the fact that he was 37 (Joint 2nd eldest this season) and is nearly 50 now is insane. In addition, he does lose a few points for his 'Indian Chit Chat' comment in Week 6 although he did apologise for it and clearly felt bad.

7) Trishna. A powerhouse this season. At times, she did come across a bit grumpy and moody but she was clearly a serious candidate and was either a good voice of reason for her team, de facto leader or she just did well in general (most notably in Week 8 with her tour of Madam Toussauds). Also, I do think she should've made the Final 5 over Grainee but it wasn't a huge loss.

6) Grainne. I really liked her this season. At times she was a fantastic de facto leader for her team, most notably Weeks 3 and 5 when the respective PMs in Oliver and Samuel were bombing, however at other times, she was easily swayed by the likes of Mukai and Trishna. Also, I have mad respect for Grainne, it was mentioned on the spin off final 5 episode that she was pregnant at 15 years old and only took 4 weeks off before coming back to school to complete her education. If thats not respectable, I don't know what is. Sometimes she did come across as a bit strict but I genuinely enjoyed watching her (other than her showmance with Paul, but that was more so because of him).

5) Karthik. LEGEND! Arguably the main character of the first half. He did start a little bit annoying and disruptive, however he did calm down, become more professional and show more skill during the process. He sold well in Week 1 whilst three others on that subteam (Including the runner up of the season) didn't, I'm sure he sold well in Week 3, did well in Week 4, pitched brilliantly in Week 5 and negotiated okay in Week 6. However, he was a big disruption for his team in week 2, being called out by the likes of Mukai, Dillon and JD (although we must remember Mukai was PM so most crash outs would be valid) and bombed hard as PM in Week 7 and was fired before bringing anyone back into the boardroom. However, he was deeply entertaining and I'd have him above the next person on this list if they weren't a great candidate.

4) Courtney. This may be a bit too high as he wasn't an interesting candidate at all, however I liked him well enough to rank him the highest out of the men and was by far the best male candidate this season. His only truly bad tasks were weeks 1 and 7 and even then, people on his team were way worse. Also, he is one of only 6 to make the Final 5 without being in the firing line and one of only 4 to make the finale while doing so. In addition, Week 6 was one of my personal favourite tasks and I think he was a really good PM with his laid back leadership. Overall, a decent character due to being relatively chill and a great candidate and worthy finalist.

3) Jessica. Honestly, the top 3 are interchangeable and any of them could be number 1 as they carried this season on their backs. However, I have put Jessica at number 3, solely due to Week 2 and being the weakest candidate of the three. Week 2 was AWFUL for her, she was flustered and massively capitulated as PM, falling out with everyone and was generally insufferable that week. However, the negatives stop there. She was deeply entertaining with her insane energy, always being so upbeat and bubbly and I feel like a lot of people need a Jessica in their life. Also, she was a powerful sales person, excelling in sales tasks. Overall, great fun this season with her infectious energy and personality and a decent candidate to boot, however Week 2 prevents her from being in the top two.

2) Alana. This is probably risky as I know Alana has a STRONG and loyal fanbase, particualrly on this subreddit. I absolutely loved Alana, she was generally really nice, sweet and charismatic and was the ultimate underdog this season. Also, her growth was deeply fascinating to watch and an incredibly compelling part of this season, if not the main focus. The only thing I'm knocking her down for is her somewhat slow start in the first two tasks, especially Week 2 where she very nearly went home, constantly undermined Jessica's decisions and didn't defend herself well in the boardroom. However, she grew tremendously after that and became an absolute joy to watch.

1) Frances. An ultimate powerhouse, she smashed many, many tasks with her only bad task being Week 10 which even then she was the least responsible for due to Grainne and Trishna not getting her calls due to being completly drunk. Other than that, she was an absolute beast, she sold well, she negotatied and she was a superb leader (Especially in Week 7), also for a while she was the only candidate who could work well with Paul, which should earn some merit. Overall, I deeply respected her run this season and she is my favourite candidate of Season 12.

I like karishma but she is starting to give me the ick , like her content has become quite cheesy and cheap I’m interested to know other peoples thoughts on this.

Not necessarily the winning moment, just a decision where you thought they genuinely outthought the other team or handled the task brilliantly.

Recently I gave my opinion on the best non interviews candidate from each season, so today I'll state who the worst interviewee was from each season.

Once again, task performance will be the main criteria and if I can't determine based on task performance, I'll choose the candidate who fared the worst in the interviews by default.

Season 1: Paul

Reason: Wasn't as consistent as Tim, Saira or James during the tasks, fared the worst in the interviews, was ABYSMAL as PM in Week 6 (Spared due to Rachels so called pitch) and should've gone in Week 10 instead of Miriam.

Season 2: Michelle

Reason: She wasn't bad and did well in the interviews, but Ansell was way more of a leader than her (barring his one task as an actual PM) and Paul and Ruth were leagues better than her in tasks (the week 10 win was pretty much all Paul).

Season 3: Katie

Reason: When it comes to task performance, Simon, Kristina and Tre were the seasons top 3. I would've chosen Lohit as he was less likely to win the season as opposed to Katie due to 'being too much of a nice guy', however he was a fair bit more consistent than Katie in tasks and work hard while Katie spent a lot of the tasks being toxic, chucking other contestants under the bus (Specifically Adam) and flirting with Paul. When it came to tasks, Katie was a BEAST when she did well but when she wasn't doing well she was POOR and just as frustrating to watch then as she is nowadays. Thus, between her and Lohit, she was the weaker contestant.

Season 4: Helene

Reason: Very tough pick between her and Alex. However, I went with her as I think she had more bad moments than Alex, granted Alex was bad but I think in some instances he was more so being a weasel and creating toxicity within his team. I'd say for the tier ranking, Helene should be relegated and Alex promoted so that they're in the same tier.

Season 5: James

Reason: Very very tough pick, but James and Lorraine are the clear two weak links. I've said James as I think he had a bumpier first half then got better while Lorraine looked like a front runner than started to fade a bit.

Season 6: Stuart

Reason: Can't be more clear. I feel bad as I don't want to speak ill of the dead, however he was kept over Liz in Week 10 despite being clearly weaker than her, then revealed to have lied throughout the process and got fired almost immediately in Week 11.

Season 7: Jim

Reason: Boy was that tough! Natasha would've been the obvious pick but she didn't make the interviews, so Jim is the pick. Helen and Susan were beasts throughout the season and Tom was MILES better than what his stats suggested. Jedi Jim was fantastic as well, however there were instances where he should've been in the boardroom such as Weeks 2 and 5 but was spared due to his own manipulation and had 2 bad PM Stints in weeks 7 and 11. Yes he was a brilliant negotiator and salesman and a colossal part of one of the biggest victories ever on the show, but the other three are better than him. I do still think Jim is an icon and am sad we don't have characters like him anymore.

Season 8: Jade

Reason: Pick by default, I just think that Ricky, Tom and Nick were more consistent than her in tasks, she was good but I think the other three were better and 5th place Adam didn't make the interviews.

Season 9: Jordan

Reason: He was probably better than Francesca on tasks but he shouldn't have even been on the show in the first place. He was deemed a parasite and immediately fired. The worst interview performance ever, Yes, even worse than a certain issue the following season.

Season 10: Daniel

Reason: I feel bad as he only really had 2 awful tasks with those being Weeks 5 and 6 and improved tremendously by the end. Bianca and Mark were better than him on tasks and Roisin and Solomon probably should've been the top 2 but both bombed badly in the interviews (Especially the latter). However, when it came to Mark VS Daniel, I was firmly on Daniels side as his teammates constantly turning on him courtesy of Mark got a bit hard to watch.

Season 11: Gary

Reason: He was a decent candidate but by being decent when the other four were great candidates during the tasks makes Gary stick out as the weak link, also he was by far the least interesting. Still a good candidate though and this season must've had a good Top 5 if Gary is considered the weakest link.

Season 12: Grainne

Reason: Another tough pick, some could argue Jessica was weaker but she had some high highs while Grainne had fewer lows but way fewer highs. I really liked Grainne and thought she was a good de facto PM at times, but she got swayed easily as well by the likes of Mukai and Trishna and I do think Trishna was more consistent than Grainne.

Season 13: James

Reason: WOW! A winner is my weakest pick for this season. James was a decent candidate and the best of the boys, but this season's Final 5 should've been all women with Jade making it instead of James.

Season 14: Camilla

Reason: Once again, a finalist is the weakest except this time it's a runner up. She was pretty inconsistent in tasks and was the clear weakest performer amongst the Final 5.

Season 15: Lottie

Reason: Not much to be explained, had 2 good tasks in Weeks 1 and 5 (the former still had issues) and spent so many of the tasks arguing with other candidates, specifially Lubna, Thomas, Dean and Carina.

Season 16: Stephanie

Reason: If it was based on the final 5, then of course it would be Akeem, however out of the 4 interviewees, Stephanie was the weakest, purely due to her last three tasks, which all could've led to her being fired.

Season 17: Rochelle

Reason: Massively spoilt for choice as the only front runner out of these five was Megan, however Victoria was also relatively consistent and Marnie got better after a rough first task. Dani has her first half of the process to thank as weeks 6-10 were awful. Rochelle had one good task in Week 4 and next to no shining moments during the process. Also, her task stats are similar to Liam from Season 19 who is in IVG tier while she is in C.

Season 18: Phil

Reason: Yes he was a lot better than what his stats suggested, however Weeks 6 and 9 all could've resulted in him getting fired. Also, when your other Final 5 contenders are Rachel who one the season and only really had one bad task and Tre, Flo and Paul M who are three of the strongest candidates ever seen in the shows history, Phil is going to stick out like a sore thumb.

Season 19: Amber Rose

Reason: Some may be more inclined to pick Jordan as he had fewer highs than Amber Rose, however Amber Rose had some AWFUL tasks. Yes weeks 7-10 were decent but her first half was pretty bad. Also, she fared WAY worse than Jordan in the interviews.

Season 20: Priyesh

Reason: This season may have had the worst finalist in the shows history but she is marginally better than Priyesh. He had some highlights such as Week 1, being an okay PM in Week 6, selling well in Week 9 and of course smashing Week 8. However, he had some bad lows and I would never have imagined him in The Final 5 whereas I did see Pascha as a weaker F5 pick as obviously Karishma, Dan, Conor, Rothna and either Kieran or Lawrence would be very top heavy.

I feel so bad though, as I met Priyesh recently at a YP event and he was SO nice, taking time to chat to everyone and being just as positive and bubbly as he was on the show.

Not only did she work for Philip Green and Arcadia Group and be complicit in all the fucked up shady shit that scumbag was doing but I had no idea that she worked with sleazy porn baron David Sullivan and he was the reason she even worked at West Ham and Birmingham football clubs but that she also worked at the godamn Sunday Sport where they did some very, very nasty things like have a countdown of an underage teenage girl turning 16 and having topless pictures of her published.

All of her talk of championing women in the workplace and being touted as this supreme business genius is performative af given that she has those connections and it never seems to come up. Didn't like her before, can't stand the sight of her now.

Every season has at least one candidate who gets fired during the tasks despite being favoured to make the interviews over one or two candidates who do make that stage. Thus, I will be giving my opinion on who the best candidate was from each season to not make the interviews.

NOTE: This is specific to interviews, not Final 5, therefore whoever finished 5th in Seasons 1, 2, 7, 8 and 16 could possibly feature on this list.

Some picks were tough, while others were clear as day.

Season 1: Despite an okay cast for the first season, Miriam is still the clear pick. She did well in almost all tasks bar Week 8 and was even exceptional on the week she got fired. Safe to say she was more of a favourite to make the Final 4 over Paul, who was a weaker candidate and there are no other contenders for this season.

Season 2: Another easy pick in Syed. He was exceptionally iconic, but did have some fantastic moments over the course of the process, yes he was responsible for the biggest loss to date in Week 4, however Alexa and Tuan were also very much to blame. Also, I'd say he was a better candidate than Michelle, and nobody else this season (maybe other than Sharon) who got fired in those 10 tasks had a shot at making the Top 4.

Season 3: Jadine. Was a relatively consistent candidate during the process and likely makes the Final 5 if she wasn't homesick in Week 9. She made an immediate impression, being PM in Week 1 and winning with her only questionable choice being to split Simon and Tre up. As far as the other candidates are concerned, she was more of a favourite to make the final 5 (and was better) than all candidates who left before, had more moments than Naomi and was more likely to win the season as opposed to Katie and Lohit (The former due to tasks and the latter due to personality).

FUN FACT: Jadine and Katie were never on the same team during the tasks.

Season 4: Raef. Clear pick, all the other candidates who got fired during the tasks were either unlikely to win due to being unlikeable (Lindi, Kevin, Jenny C, Jennifer, Michael) or did little to no good during their time on the show (Nicholas, Shazia, Ian). Simon and Sara were very likeable candidates with good moments, but Raef was better than them. In addition, while Lee, Claire and Lucinda were solid, Alex and Helene were not and imo, Raef should've been in the Final 5 over any one of them.

Season 5: Fairly obvious pick in Howard. He had some pretty good tasks, was relatively consistent and probably the only candidate with a vague shot at winning. He is currently ranked in C Tier in the tier ranking, while James is in A (Fair enough due to his character) and both Phillip and Sandhurst Ben are both in B. The final 3 was the top 3 talent wise, however I'd argue Howard was better than James and on par with Lorraine. As for the candidates who left before him: Anita, Rocky, Maj and Noorul are 4 of the worst candidates to ever go on the show; Paula and Kim seemed okay but still not great; Mona didn't do much of note and both Phillip and Ben were inconsistent as they had massive highs but bad lows.

Season 6: The pick couldn't be more clear, it's Liz. she was a solid candidate throughout all if not most of the process, was better than all candidates who left before her, was a better F5 pick than Stuart and was on par with the likes of Stella, Chris and Joanna. Also, her firing was deeply controversial to the point where Lord Sugar was annoyed the followed week when he got rid of her over Stuart.

Season 7. A slightly tougher choice, however I do believe Melody would be the choice this season. Of course Inventor Tom; Serial Winner Helen; Iconic Susie Ma and Jedi Jim is the perfect Final 4 and no one else was exactly better than those 4, however I do deem Melody the best out of the other 11. Edward, Alex, Felicity, Ellie and Edna all had no chance; Gavin had a good first week and was deemed a contender after his dismissal, but was still poor in Weeks 2 and 3; Vincent, Glenn and Zoe were okay candidates but not amazing and Natasha started well but got gradually worse. Leon would be my second pick as he improved well after a tough 2 tasks, however he was never making it to the end whereas I do believe Melody had a shot.

Season 8: I haven't watched this season but from what I've heard, Gabrielle was the best outside of the final 4. Adam, Jenna and Duane would be the other contenders while the likes of Maria, Michael, Jane and Stephen sucked and Katie, Azhar and Laura were mid candidates.

Season 9: I've gotta pick Alex for this season. I'd argue he should've been in the Final 5 over Jordan who probably shouldn't have been on the show in the first place and he may have been on par with Francesca, while Neil, Leah and Luisa were all really good. as for the other candidates that left during the tasks; Jaz, Tim, Sophie, Kurt and Natalie had zero chance of making the final 5 in my opinion. Unfortunately Jason only had one good task out of 8 and was not suitable for the long run (Although I'd rather he keep his original personality), Uzma and Zeeshaan weren't terrible but certainly not good and Myles was on a bit of a downward spiral. Alex was MVP on a couple of tasks such as Week 3 where he created arguably one of the shows best ever products and introduced us to Herbert in Week 8.

Season 10: Katie. Was fantastic on all tasks bar her final task and was often played a mother role for the rivals Mark and Daniel (albeit with Mark as the favourite child). Also, she was only brought back in Week 9 as Daniel wanted to show that he'd changed and didn't want to bring back Mark. Safe to say, it seemed like it was going to be a Katie V Roisin final until Week 10. The only other contender would be Felipe but he was more so iconic as opposed to a fantastic candidate.

Season 11: As overrated as I think he is, Brett is still the clear pick. The reason I deemed him overrated is because of Week 9 where both him and Scott were on the poor performing subteam that was called out by Baroness Brady for not being as good as Richard and Vana. Despite this, Lord Sugar, the aides and the rest of the cast constantly criticised Scott and didn't seem to respect him, yet Brett was unanimously loved, praised and respected. If I fully watched the season, I'm sure I'd also be a massive Brett fan as he did seem okay and was absolutely a better candidate than Scott, had plenty of good leadership moments and was a fighter. Thus, Brett is the clear best contestant of Season 11 to not make F5. David would be the second contender but I wasn't too sure and Scott had a good first half but floundered from Week 6 onwards, losing respect from his teammates, Lord Sugar and the aides (although his iconic quit is enough for me to like him a little more than Brett).

Season 12: Trishna. Was a competent candidate throughout, a good voice of reason for her team (Most notably in Week 2) and excelled in certain tasks (Specifically the Week 8 tour). I'd argue she was a better candidate than Grainne and on par with Jessica and maybe Courtney. As for the other 12 candidates that went before the Final 5: Michelle, Natalie, Oliver, JD, Rebecca and Samuel weren't awful but had little to no hope; Mukai is one of the worst candidates to ever participate in the process and Paul, Dillon and Sofiane had moments but weren't consistent. Karthik would be my second contender but was a disruptive force in Week 2 and bombed as a PM in Week 7.

Season 13: Very obvious pick in Jade. She was a beast on most tasks and definitely should've been in the final 5 over James. Harrison would be a possible second contender but Jade was leagues above him.

Season 14: None of the 11 candidates that left before the Final 5 were spectacular, however Jasmine was by far the best and should've been in the Final 5 over the likes of Sian and Camilla. She was a good leader, had good defences and was in many instances, the only sane one in thee room. Kayode and Jackie are also contenders as they all had great moments during the process, however they both relatively inconsistent. As for the rest of the options, the first 6 boots had basically no chance (Especially the 5 men) Sarah Ann wasn't bad but not great and Tom was not good either.

Season 15: There were only three good candidates this season in Carina, Scarlett and Lewis while the rest of the candidates had little to no moments, were inconsistent or downright sucked. As far as the 11 task boots are concerned, the fact that under the radar Iasha is my pick for this season shows how bad or inconsistent the others are. Iasha didn't do a lot in Weeks 1, 2, 5 or 6 (although I'll excuse the latter due to being on the same subteam as Thomas and Lottie). However, I don't recall her doing anything bad on those occasions. Also, she carried her team to dominant victories in Weeks 3 and 4 and I feel like Lord Sugar and the rest of the candidates labelling her a non contributor is incorrect (Similar to Jonny in Season 19 who also left in Week 6). Shahin, Kenna, Souleyman, Lubna and Ryan Mark were never making the final 5, Jemelin was okay but was on a downward spiral from week 5 onwards and overrated Riyonn was good in Weeks 1 and 4 but was bad in the other tasks. Thomas and Marianne would be my other contenders but were both fairly inconsistent.

Season 16: The beginning of the 6th place curse with the first victim being my pick for the season in Aaron. Obviously, I didn't like him as a character for some reason but he was by far the best of the men and most of the girls and should've been in the Final 4 over Stephanie (Judging on overall performance). He was an ABYSMAL PM in both Weeks 2 and 10 and wasn't great in Week 6, but was a good candidate outside of that. Francesca and Akshay would be my other contenders.

Season 17: The curse continues as Simba is the obvious pick. Was arguably the best candidate across the entire cast, yet gets booted in 6th place in Week 10 despite Megan failing as a leader and motor mouth Dani messing up. Everyone else this season that didn't make the interviews came nowhere near to matching his performance other than Joe who was also unfairly eliminated.

Season 18: Once again, it's 6th place Steve. Hardly put a foot wrong the entire process and has the highest win streak of any male candidate ever with 7 consecutive wins (all deserved). Massively robbed of a Final 5 spot over crazily enough, the final 2 of the season. Foluso and Sam are also contenders, but Steve was more consistent.

Season 19: Here we go again, Mia was the clear best candidate to not make the interviews. she was more or less poised to win the season after the first 9 tasks, then Week 10 happened and the outcome resulted in her getting fired the same episode as Liam.

Season 20: The last 3 candidates that got fired before the interviews are all contenders and some of the best candidates to not make the Final 5. However, as usual, 6th place Rothna was the best and the fact that the last Final 5 spot was between her and Dan is extremely unfortunate. She was great in all tasks bar Week 10 and had probably the best PM performance the entire season, leading a collectively weak team, yet they all did brilliantly that task. As mentioned, Conor and Kieran are also contenders and those two easily could've made the Final 5.

18) Ross. Really couldn't stand this guy. I did not like how pretty much every other sentence from him was either something extremely cocky or a boast of some sort. He got quite lucky to survive Week 2 as Jeff seemed more interested in break dancing than business and definitely deserved to go in Week 5 despite Sajan being an ABYSMAL PM.

17) Elliot. Next to nothing to say about this guy, he seemed nice but hardly did anything for 3 weeks and got fired despite Michaela being very much at fault for the Simon/Jeffri fiasco.

16) Danny. Again not much to say about him other than he was clearly a bad candidate, leading his team to a tragic defeat, being the first PM to lead his team to loss in the teen seasons and the last PM to be fired Week 1 for 7 years (Until Nikki from the most recent season). Not a particularly bad guy, but not a good candidate in the slightest.

15) Sarah Jayne. Who ? In my opinion the most forgettable contestant this season. The only things I remember about her are her mimicking Elizabeth when told to stop eating Cotton Candy; losing badly as PM and getting fired despite being in the same boardroom as Charles and Andrew.

14) Jeff. He's only this high due to his break dancing being pretty funny. Other than that, nothing.

13) Charles. Again didn't add much good to the season other than being part of the triple firing and wasn't quite as memorable as the other two victims. He wasn't that good of a candidate and it was a little surprising he was James' first pick in the final. Not a bad guy but not a good candidate for someone who made the top half in the series.

12) Anisa. Comically bad. She seems like a lovely lady and seemed really joyful and bubbly, however she wasn't a good candidate either. I will say tough that some of her mistakes were laughably bad such as her 'tour' in Week 6 and woeful pitch in Week 7 (especially compared to Michaela who killed it that week).

11) Andrew. Out of the Week 8 triple firing victims he was the best in terms of talent and entertainment. He was still a bad candidate nonetheless. All male candidates this season were bad bar James, Harrison and to an extent Sajan but I'd have Andrew below these three despite being pretty bad himself. I will say though that his immaturity was quite funny at times such as 'ARE WE GONNA WIN THIS?!'; him shaking the suitcase above his head and apparently swearing in Week 8 (Not the first time but people swear a lot less frequently thanks to a certain legend in Season 3).

10) Siobhan. Definitely too high but she was memorable due to having a couple of fights during the tasks; the awkward hug she and Elizabeth exchanged in Week 4 after she got fired and overspending on wine (21 bottles for 12 is genuinely insane). However, she stated that she personally prioritised customer satisfaction which I do respect as recently there have been a tonne of refunds in profit tasks costing teams victories.

9) Bushra. Again might be a bit too high due to not being a particularly interesting candidate but I do believe she was one of the better candidates this season. She was one of the weaker female candidates but still clears the male candidates bar James and Harrison. Also, she did get into a few arguments with Joanna and Elizabeth so at least she has that going for her.

8) Sajan. I find him a little underrated. In my opinion he was the third best male candidate (albeit because every other candidate not named James or Harrison sucked). He was arguably the best of the boys in the first two tasks, I'm sure he did okay as Sub PM in Week 4 (Likely better than Andrew the actual PM) and I don't recall him doing much wrong in Weeks 3 or 6, however he was a REALLY BAD PM in Week 5 and was massively lucky Ross was in the boardroom with him and while not as bad in Week 7, still pretty bad. That said, he was less of a pick to go in Week 7 over both James and Elizabeth (the latter was specifically brought back by Lord Sugar) and his firing was near unanimously disagreed upon on You're fired. Also he seemd like a decent man and was clearly very popular with the rest of the cast (watch how everyone reacted when he came back to the house in Week 5). Not a great candidate but not a bad one, especially compared to most of the men this season.

7) Harrison. One of the more talented male candidates this season. He had plenty of highlights this season and seemed like a top man, really friendly and got on with pretty much everyone. Also, fun fact, on the tier ranking he is actually the highest ranked male candidate this season (He's in B while James is in C). Also, it is very sweet that he and Michaela are married with a child or children.

6) James. The best male candidate this season. He never really stood out on tasks and had some shockers such as Week 7, but he was still a decent candidate but not as good as the Top 5 who of course are all girls. He was decent to watch on the show but was by far the weakest of the final 5 and probably shouldn't have won the series but I'd still give him credit for doing so and also Sian and Michelle are weaker winners imo. Overall decent but not as good as the five left to talk about.

5) Joanna. Finally an interesting character. I really liked Joanna and I'll admit I developed a small crush on her lol. She did AMAZINGLY in both her stints as PM and formed a pretty good duo with Elizabeth. I will knock her down a bit for being a bit argumentative at times but that's not particularly serious. Overall, good addition to the show.

4) Jade. Not a whole lot to say about her other than she was good to watch, an amazing candidate for most of the series and 100% should've been in the Final 5 over James.

3) Michaela. Some may consider her to be the favourite of the season. She was a good candidate, quirky, bubbly, had a pretty emotional exit and married and started a family with Harrison. However, I must knock her down for 2 reasons. Firstly, the infamous Simon/Jefrii fiasco, truly a bad bad mistake for someone of her skill and secondly I heard she was a bit unhappy and somewhat salty with certain boardroom outcomes, most notably Sajan's firing. Overall, I really enjoyed Michaela and she definitely should've made the finale over James.

2) Sarah. Another fantastic candidate, definitely the stronger of the 2 winners and was relatively consistent and competent for most of the process. She won the first task as PM and was deemed such an asset by everyone that the deteriorating men's team chose her to move over to their team and they won their first task. Overall, I enjoyed watching her and deeply respected her run on the show. But of course, she doesn't come close to the last candidate left to talk about with regards to entertainment.

1) Elizabeth. WOW! Just WOW! Possibly the female (non controversial) Tom Skinner. She was an excellent (somewhat inconsistent) candidate who many enjoyed working with and delivered nothing but joy and entertainment for the whole series with her brilliant, bonkers humour. She was also serious when need be, did fantastically cutting costs in Week 2 and was STELLAR as a PM in Week 6 with her sublime organisation skills (I would've attended her tour), and I bet people appreciate her much more nowadays for being the first candidate to give Linda Plant a taste of her own medicine, not having any of her BS. Overall, absolute legend of the show and I don't think that will EVER change.

Wow, this ranking was tough so please don't be too hard. I can guarantee that My Season 12 Ranking will be a lot easier and hopefully more agreeable.

At first I kept comparing him to Claude, but now I think he's developed a different approach that suits the role. Has anyone else's opinion changed since he joined the boardroom?

Please let me know your thoughts. I hope this is better recieved than my male candidates post.

Before the series was aired, it was revealed that Levi had made some racial comments about Muslims in 2013, and he has regretted it ever since. In task 8 when Levi was struggling as PM, Rothna helped him along the way, and it almost seemed that Rothna enjoyed working with him. Despite his comments, Levi didn't seem to mind Rothna helping him. In task 9, when LS was about to fire Levi, I think she looked at him with concern and even wished him good luck when he was fired. I think this shows she was gutted he was leaving and enjoyed working alongside him in the previous week. But if Rothna had known about the comments? Would she have treated him differently? Would she trust him?

There have been boardrooms where I understood the reasoning, but I still thought someone else should've gone instead. Any examples that stand out to you?

I've decided to start ranking random candidates from different series. First up: Rajan:

Week 1: Fantastic: His negotiating for the dragon boat head was phenomenal, as he got it from 4,000 HKD to 2,300 HKD (42.5% discount).

Week 2: Good: He did try to tell Kieran to include pages in the book, so they don't have any empty pages, but he didn't listen to him.

Week 3: Fantastic: His great negotiating skills comes back once again, as he got the corporate client to agree on £20-per-head (Karishma could have gotten that as well if not for Megan and Tanmay). Even though they got a 15% refund, he and his sub-team still ensured the clients enjoyed the experience.

Week 4: Awful: Unfortunately, not every candidate is perfect, as he makes his first big mistake in the process. He contributed to the compass in the milk carton bottle, and highly disrespected Big Zuu's brand on canned water in the pitch. He managed to survive by the skin of his teeth.

Week 5: Fantastic: Despite his fatal mistake in the previous task, he was once again trusted as sub-team leader to lead the negotiation for the corporate. Despite some interruptions from Kieran, he didn't over-promise, and he agreed on a flower arch for £2,000. When they saw the flower arch, they wanted to drop the price to £1,500, but Andrea came to his rescue and shook hands on an extra £300.

Week 6: Bad: Despite being set up by Megan to go in at $10,000, he shouldn't have told them that the kitchen crew were hand-selected, and that they were expected to have a luxury meal. He then tried to lie in the boardroom, saying he didn't, but Karren exposed him, but Rajan told her it wasn't true. If there's one thing you shouldn't do in the boardroom, it's that you should NEVER deny what Karren or Tim see on each task.

Week 7: Bad: He could have at least try to come up with some ideas, or stop Rothna and Pascha from add weird frog-like monsters. Also, his Mr Kipling comment to Rothna was completely uncalled for (although she start it, and I was bit confused about what he said, 'If you baked some bread, I wouldn't call you Mr Kipling', since Mr Kipling make cakes, not bread). He even ducked out of the pitch (maybe because he didn't want to make the same mistake twice). I was quite surprised when Lord Sugar told him he hadnt seen much from him in the last 7 tasks, despite being one of the top dogs in negotiations. I still feel that Lawrence should have fired instead of him. Yes Lawrence had done well up until week 7, but so did Mia last year, and she got fired for her first big mistake. I'd have love to see him on task 8, maybe could have been the PM. Guess we'll never know.

In the first three tasks, he became a frontrunner, until week 4, then improved in week 5, but crashed and burned in his last 2 tasks. Do you think Rajan should have gone further?​

16) Alex. Next to nothing to say about him other than him being a bit negative on tasks, not having any good moments, getting 1p off on a negotiation in Week 1 and just in general being one of the blandest candidates I've ever seen. Nothing personal against him though and he wouldn't even come close to some of the most hated candidates on the show.

15) Rick. Almost copy and paste everything said about Alex except he was a bit more memorable. He was obviously Sub PM in Week 1 but was responsible for the Octopus with a 40 inch hose situation. Also, his firing was definitely interesting as he wasn't brought back by Jackie in Week 5, thus was sent back to the house and through to Week 6, however Lord Sugar called everyone back apart from Jasmine, Kurran threw Rick under the bus and Rick got fired for it. Crazy how he went from safe to fired in one episode.

14) Frank. Memorable due to being PM in Week 2 and fired the following week. however him constantly getting emotional did get a bit annoying. I guess his trousers ripping in Week 2 was funny but nothing else to say about him.

13) David. Bless him. He seemed like a really nice guy which is why he is above the other forgettable candidates. However, he himself was forgettable and was definitely not winning this process, especially after Week 2. Pointing out the negatives of a product in a pitch is never a good thing.

12) Sarah. Despite not being a particularly good candidate, she was extremely entertaining in week 1, being a complete motor mouth and her breakdown of the filigree boat was absolutely hilarious. Also, there is the argument that Jackie should've gone instead of her in week 1.

11) Tom. By far the worst PM this season. He may have had some good moments across the 9 weeks he was on the show, however he lost 3 times as PM and all three losses were bad. He wasn't disastrous in week 3 but he was very democratic as opposed to making his own decisions and weeks 7 and 9 were not good. Also, him surviving over Kayode and Jasmine was controversial and lasting the second longest out of the boys was also crazy.

10) Sarah Ann. Despite making it to Week 10, I don't recall her doing much. I remember her being PM in Week 4 and the 'spin stopper (Srcubber)' video in Week 9 but the fact that she nearly made the final 5 and that's all I can say about her says something. Also, I almost forgot she was on the season when I ranked the cast and nearly missed her out. I feel bad for her as I'm sure she's a lovely person but she was extremely forgettable.

9) Kurran. He is this high solely due to entertainment. He wasn't a particularly bad PM in Week 6 and was likely stitched up by Camilla and Jackie and he was arguably Sians MVP in the finale, however as a candidate he was still useless. However, in a really bland cast with some infamously unmemorable male candidates, he was extremely entertaining, seemed like a fun chap and of course is probably the first candidate to break his arm on the show (albeit off camera) which is obviously unfortunate as it meant he couldn't take part in the boxing reward in Week 4 with David Haye. Overall, while an infamously bad candidate, boy was he entertaining.

8) Sian. Going from an entertaining candidate to another somewhat bland one. Sian is pretty much this high due to winning the season. I obviously respect Sian and I bet she is a really nice person and did have some highlights on the show, however someone ranked the winners on this subreddit and she was ranked at the bottom (Below Michelle and James who aren't great winners). Overall, she was fine and a desrving winner but nothig else to say although I am still a fan of hers.

7) Camilla. She is above Sian due to being more memorable and enthusiastic. From a viewer perspective, I really enjoyed watching Camilla, saying she was an enthusiast for whatever the task was, 'Yoohoo' 'Yoohoo??' in the interviews was iconic and she was just in general quite fun and bubbly which I really enjoy. However, what knocks her down is that she was quite bad for a finalist, on par if not worse than Phil and just edges Rochelle and 21 Year old Pascha. Also, I will always remember her and Jackies potential sabotage of Kurran in Week 6 which I don't respect no matter how bad a candidate Kurran was.

6) Jackie. I wanted to rank her higher as she was one of the better candidates this season, entertaining and the faces she made were really funny. However, at times she got quite rude in tasks, threw people under the bus to make them PM and was a bit inconsistent on tasks. Also, her trying to scapegoat Kayode in Week 5 was not a good look no matter how well she did on the task. That said, I did still like Jackie and thought that Jackie 'The Face' Fast was a legend this season.

5) Khadija. Very entertaining this season. she started argumentative and a bit rude in Weeks 1 and 2, however she was still a really good candidate and while still a bit disruptive, definitely not rude or unpleasent. Also, she carried her team to a good win in Week 10 and was a worthy Final 5 Candidate.

4) Sabrina. I loved Sabrina this season, she was so sweet and bubbly from what I saw and I love those kind of candidates, also she was one of the more talented candidates this season and massively earns my respect for doing so well this season despite being joint youngest in the cast.

3) Jasmine. Now here is a candidate I respect. While not top tier, she was still really good this season and at times seemed like the only candidate with her head screwed on. She was a decent PM in Week 1 after being thrown under the bus by Jackie, led her subteam well in Week 5 and had many more highlights. Do I blame her for losing her mind at Kayode and Sabrina in week 6 ? Absolutely not, they were being really unserious with the ad which I get was meant to be humourous but not over the top and I could imagine myself in Jasmine's position. Also, she did seem pissed off with her firing which I totally get as she was thrown under the bus by Sabrina and went home over Tom of all people.

2) Kayode. Maybe a bit too high but in a series with a pretty bad men's team in terms of talent and entertainment, I have to throw the 2 bright spots a bone. Kayode outed himself as one to watch from the beginning, winning as PM in Week 1 and excelling in weeks 3 and 4 which I look forward to seeing when the Series 14 Task MVP Post comes out. He wasn't great in weeks 5 and 7 (the latter of which got him fired) but he wasn't the worst in those instances unlike Sarah Ann, Rick, Kurran and Tom and he was good in the pitch in Week 6. Also, it says something when Claude Litner had a soft spot for him and was sad to see him go.

1) Daniel. What a guy. He was by far the best male candidate and arguably the best overall in tasks bar week 10 where he was possibly the least likely to get fired. It's a shame as he probably wins the season had he not bombed in the interviews and hearing his story on the special 'Final 5 episode' made me respect him even more for turning his life around. Overall, a massive bright spot on this season and my favourite candidate this season.
