Picked up these guys today. They're fantastic and high quality. What struck me most was the slight colour difference, especially noticeable with Big Man who is totally different. He also seems to have the most detailed amiibo, with his backpack and everything, and weighs a lot more than the original.

Hey everybody! Old school collector here with about 50 first print NIB in storage and dozens of loose hanging around the house. Where do we think the market will be in a years time? Genuinely curious if I should sell of keep storing as they take up a good bit of space. Have quite a few duplicates and want to keep some of my favs, but running out of space!

Specifically talking about the Kirby Air Riders amiibo. They've been sitting at 40$ minimum everywhere, all this time. It hurts seeing other people getting them for 15$ >.>

I don't think I've ever seen amiibo way below retail price, unless they were very old (but still, it's very rare).

I started buying amiibos again because I want to finally get the whole super smash bros ultimate roster and then pursue into other genres of amiibos. The only amiibos I’ve had before collecting again are my two donkey kongs, waluigi, Mr game and watch, and samus. Any tips for collecting as in finding places with amiibos or even setting them up? Any help is appreciated.

I got this bundle for $10 and am very happy, no matter what. But I just want to know one thing: the yellow girl in the middle has a darker skin color than on the front cover.

Is it a miscolor, or has it aged over time and become darker? (other colors seem alright though). Is it simply a difference between the render for the front cover and the actual model?

I bought these amiibo on ebay. At first it seemed great but as soon as I got them they had a funky smell on them and they made me itch while I held them. These are my first amiibo and I never knew that that could happen but now I'm worried. I wanted to buy out of box amiibo bcuz they're cheaper but if they're like this then idk...

I'm talking Series 1-5, all 5 official albums, Welcome amiibo, amiibo festival, Sanrio, all PAL (so harder to get as they were only sold 3 in a pack) PLUS the 2 Japanese magazine exclusive cards.

Bonus question how much the complete amiibo figure collection is worth? (including the SSB villager and Isabelle ones)

Saw this guy in a second hand game store in Japan and immediately purchased him, normally am a boxed collecter but it was quite good condition for opened

They also had a bunch of other amiibo like Marth and Cloud and even non smash ones but I didnt buy them

After around 4 years I got rid of these hanging cabinets. The Amiibos got bigger and couldn't fit anymore. Besides that I was considering for a while now to find a new way for displaying them because I don't like these cabinets anymore.

Finally got a new one but underestimated a little bit how much I have lol. The new one is already full but I think it looks way better. Kinda stacked ofc.
