My recent gulag adventures🫄

i have many games (all normals because im new, havent unlocked ranked yet) where i get over 10 kills, sometimes with over 20 yet most of these result in a loss

i try to help out the jungler, bot, and top when i can, but it seems like it doesn't result in anything most of the time

I go for objectives too, but most of the time we lose the teamfight

you think the are good for the champ BC the stats or nah i think the should work great with the champ also give back the old q that heals

He’s been struggling to close out games on Akali mid in low elo. In his words, he’s gotten to the point where he’s ‘fairly confident in myself to gain a lead as she is so strong early game.’ He also mentions how he struggles to utilise his early lead into wins (he is Platinum)

I'm currently Plat 4 Akali top running Flash and Ignite (always Electrocute) sometimes Conqueror when i see i cannot oneshot the enemy laner. I noticed i won more games going Stormsurge than Hextech Gunblade, not sure why since Hextech Gunblade gives 120 worth of stats due to her AD scalings plus Omnivamp, but well regardless of that, i've been always running the same assassin build but she falls off way too early for me, whenever i try cleaning up or joining mid tf, i get trapped in perma CC and die, too many champions get vision from her shroud and i feel USELESS without my R.

Is Lichbane viable on her? Maybe i need to be a bit more tanky... Deadmans Plate is still trolling or is that korean guy still smashing people running DMP top? Maybe i need that kind of flexibility, i already tried Liandrys and Riftmaker but honestly, i deal wayy to low damage while not being THAT more tanky with the HP items, plus the 2% burn from Liandrys seems to have no effect due to MR later on.

Open my mind, before wanting to learn macro, i need to learn how to fight and survive, lets theory craft here, i already have her mechanics well (kinda) since its been 3y since ive been spamming this green champion, i LOVED that few patches where Deadmans Plate was viable on her midlane, i wish it was still viable since her base dmg is absurd

Which version akali will be playable?

I know it'll be the pre-rework version, but will it be the last version before the rework? When the E exploded the Q's mark? When the passive alternated between healing and damage? Or the oldest version yet?

Still deciding between chill educational gameplay vs more montage like gameplay

I’ve been back to league for maybe 2 weeks now after 3 months or so break (no time cause moving abroad, bad internet after moving situation)

Watching MSI and just now in my solo q game, holy exodia

GA is so insanely impactful COMPLETELY can sway fights from what I’m seeing and personally experiencing in games

Albeit, the armor doesn’t matter to akali ofc, the revive is just rough - especially when enemy team has multiple

Triple GA double zhonyas, plus dd on enemy top/jg just good grief they’re immortal lol.. all I could do was farm sylas on side lane but eventually the 5v5 was absurdly hard

What’s up with it? Did something change maybe pros started spamming GA earlier/more often or something? Seems like a buy every game for AD champs and on assassins esp into bruisers and such it takes most of the kit to even get through them once, now you gotta kill em twice is just the whole lobby is ekko cosplay or something very difficult for a more burst oriented set up - esp with apc/double assassin mid/jg.. just did NOT have the juice.. we could ace them, but half the lobby just gets akshan revived in the fight lol and at that point my cds are blown

Not really complaining, good counterplay to comps lacking more extended uptime on their damage and such.. but why so popular now?
