Acrylics on cardboard. I loved the process and how it turned out. Should I continue in this direction? Is this style sellable?

This piece is $1,200. Is it reasonable?

I am really happy with it and feel like I returned to my initial painting style of loose brush strokes & vibrant but with the technical skills ive learnt (eg using colours intentionally within the value range and placement of values) since my first few organic paintings.

I don’t think people understand that my arthritic fingers aren’t just sore joints, but frozen now for last 10 years. I love Diana Krall keeping me company. Using acrylic markers again and will tangle patterns also.

I knew it would be a challenge to get a sky gradient and also the photo used as reference was quite dark. I like how it turned out though ☺️.

It doesn't have a name. The reference picture came from Pinterest, as most do. 🖌🎨😋

Stepping into art the past couple months. New to acrylic markers as of last week (trying to reduce effort of setup/putting away to make art). This is my favourite and most recent piece. I wanted to focus less on exact form to try a more expressional approach.
