I have a question for people living in the Yukon.

I’ll soon be living in the Yukon, so I joined a few local Facebook groups and have been reading through the posts.

I noticed that when someone posts looking for work, people sometimes expect them to include a full introduction, work history, or even a portfolio. I also saw a few comments criticizing people simply because they posted anonymously.

Is that generally expected in Yukon community groups?

I’m not trying to criticize anyone or start an argument, and this isn’t directed at the person who made the post or those who commented. I’m just genuinely curious because it feels quite different from what I’m used to.

I’d appreciate hearing how locals see it.
