Styling Ideas Liquid satin dress?

I am having a wedding in a closed venue and I was looking for a shiny dress, originally, i was looking more into dress made with lace and beaded with crystals, like picture 2, since i didn’t want a satin dress.

I tried a liquid organza dress that I like (picture 1) and i loved how it shines and reflects the light, the bra on the top is beaded with crystals, i was surprised by the fact that i liked the dress a lot, since i didn’t want satin.

I am hesitating if i should buy the liquid organza dress and if it will look good on the wedding photos, or look more into the style of the second one?

Edit to add that I am arab, and that the wedding dresses are traditionally more extravagant, that’s the reason i was looking for a shiny and not simple dress

Alterations Dress feels unflattering. What can be fixed?

The store I purchased my gown from didn’t have this exact one in stock, so I had tried on a similar one with a flatter box pleating and thought “close enough!” and placed the order.

I just went to pick up my dress and tried it on, and am really not a huge fan the more I look back at the photos.

I did want a ballgown, but I don’t think this pleating is flattering on me. I feel I get lost in it

And of course the chest area doesn’t fit right but people are telling me that can be fixed ( I hope).

Any ideas on what can realistically be done to the skirt portion to make this look more flattering?

Alterations Can I ask alterations to shorten the train by a lot?

I love this dress so much but for my own comfort, I’d like to trim up the train to almost nothing! Do any of you know if this is possible? The dress has lace, sequins and pearls.

(Also please note the dress was pinned behind my butt in the first photo-I’m not the biggest fan of that fit. )

The dress already comes with a detachable train so I still have the option for pictures or down the aisle. I’d like to be able to dance without fear of stepping on my dress. Also I have ADHD and I get overstimulated easily in high stress situations. I know it’d really help my day go smoother if I could.
