Discussion why are some players so nasty

im sorry but i rlly have to talk about this at this point. my most unpleasant interactions ingame in the last few days have been from legendary rank players because the squad wasnt 120% efficient on low lvl missions??? being called a bot for taking a few extra seconds to get to extraction, being accused of being a destiny player, etc
im begging everyone to go outside and touch grass. i know everyone always talks about how the wf community is the best in gaming, which i can see why but man sometimes the high end players act like they own the damn game. im mr 27 rn and i almost dont wanna get to legendary because im scared ill grow an ego IN A PVE GAME out of all places. god.

Screenshot Pablo posted a picture of the new EDA/ETA point system on twitter. You will now lose a legendary reward if you DO NOT commit to using 1 of your 3 frame choices for that week's EDA/ETA because vosfor now occupies reward tier 34, pushing the legendary reward to tier 37.

Question/Request Is the mod Equilibrium op/worth getting?

Well, I keep seeing this specific mod on a lot of meta builds. I looked it up and it's about changing health orbs for energy orbs. May I ask why are you guys using this mod (does health orbs drop more frequently than energy orbs?) and if it's worth getting it ?

I was making a Khora build for endo farm and noticed I'm missing this mod. Should I get it ?

Edit: I now know a lot of useful info that I didn't know about this mod. I will be getting it now. Thank you so much guys <3

Discussion Pazulu is a lore deadline?

Pazulu is one of the biggest loose ends in the game, and I don't even know how they can continue that storyline.

Now that they've played the Hunhow card, which in my opinion was also a storyline I wasn't sure how it would end, now there's Pazulu, which I don't even know how or in which storyline it can be resolved. Do you have any ideas?

Question/Request Fastest way to get these resources?

Post image

Farming for Uriel resources. I have all the blue prints.

Does it matter how many little missions I do before the boss, or will I get about the same amount of resources killing enemies in one place until the timer runs out and I fight the boss?

What's the incentive to complete as many mini missions before the boss?

Forgive me if this is a noob question.

Thank you in advance

This is both a contiuation of my past posts and a way to address the problems with warframes second act which is where I feel the game suffers the most. Please tell me what you think and what suggestions or changes you might have.

Suggestion Would it be too much to ask to keep sirius and orions 4 doing blast damage as to not completely gutter my 4 umbral forma build

When I made this build I was under the assumption that his ult's damage type wouldn't suddenly change a month after launch, Pablo if you see this please have the extra fire and slash procs be in addition to the blast damage, I use the same build on both brothers and I'm pretty heavily invested in it forma wise

Question/Request Mesa 1st ability idea

I don't know if anyone would agree with this but I was thinking they should change mesa's 1 to a ability that grants bonus damage to your primary and secondary after firing it so many times

Discussion anyone else like crafting times?

its fun to come back to multiple new toys to play with when logging on, i get excited to try all of my new stuff when i play.

it builds anticipation to try stuff that i probably wouldn't care for otherwise.

i feel like 12 hours is perfect as it will probably be done by the time you next play.

i do admit though warframes take too long as by 3 days im not excited just a bit frustrated.

Discussion The Jade Stars nerf is justified, but Jade Stars (And by extension Sirius and Orion) still require buffs or changes to their abilities.

Don't get me wrong; I actually am happy they are nerfing Jade Stars with a LOS since they allowed AFK strategies, and AFKing in Star Chart is still AFKing in the game, which I don't like nor condone.

Now the problem is that even if the nerf makes Jade Stars unviable for AFK strats, it still leaves the problem that; Jade Stars, like many parts of Sirius and Orion's kit and abilities, are just too one-dimensional, lack interaction between eachother or outright don't do anything revolutionary or novel with the concept of the twins.

So first of all: Why Jade Stars needs buffs.

The ability needs an additional effect due to it's damaging effect being particularly weak, current setups that exploit them are on specific frames with abilities that deal low instances of damage in quick succesion, which means stuff like Gyre or Banshee can exploit them in low levels of Star Chart, but after Steel Path, this damage is solely outbeaten by every other alternative.

Why I think by extension Sirius and Orion could use a buff or change or two.

Mainly this is due to Sirius and Orion lacking synergy with one another and not having a direct benefit from playing off of eachother's abilities aside from playing tenis with Event Horizon and accumulating Constellation stars, these are not mututally exclusive but also are way too superficial to really matter in greater applications. So I believe adding more interactions and effect to their abilities can significantly help, the other problem is that a lot of their abilities are too one dimensional and held back in stats for their own good.

What are my personal recommendations for buffs.

So, I'm actually glad DE is making Orion and Sirius clashes deal slash and heat damage with guaranteed procs, this was one of my biggest criticisms about Celestial Clash and I'm glad they are actually implementing this to make Sirius and Orion clashes distinct from eachother, but for other abilities there's still a few ideas I feel they should implement, including Jade Stars.

I'm going to go in order from each abilities for both brothers, which one I think needs changes and which one doesn't.

1. First Abilities

Coronal Ejection: Doubles collected Ammo and Orb pickups and shares them with allies in affinity range when the scythe returns to Sirius.

Gravitic Slash: Cast angle increased from 135 degrees to 180 degrees (Ability description says 67.5, but this is doubled because it actually marks the range from the center to the side instead of right to left). Now opens enemies up to finishers.

2. Second Abilties

Jade Stars: Now applies 9% Damage vulnerability per star hit (Scales with strentgh), damage vulnerability stacks additively with other Jade Stars and caps at 10x stacks. Enemies debuffed by Jade Stars have a constellation above their heads. Helminth version does not have the damage vulnerability.

Astral Shell: No changes needed.

3: Third abilities:

Light's Sanctuary: Max damage reduction increased to 90%, healing and revive unchanged. When Astral Shell's decoy is activated inside Light's Sanctuary's circle, it gets empowered, immediatly reaching it's max damage reduction and healing, but also restoring a flat 100 shields in the span of 5 seconds.

Event Horizon: Now deals 500 slash damage per second. Killing enemies inside it extend it's damage by 1x per kill and it's range by .5m, stacking up to 10x

Pulling the Black hole with Coronal Ejection changes it's DOT and detonation damage to Heat, while pushing it with Gravitic Slash changes it to Slash.

4th Ability:

Celestial Clash: Now has an inner radius that is smaller but isn't affected by Line of Sight, this radius is 10 meters at base, but it's capped at 20 meters when affected by range mods. Gains additional 1.0x critical multiplier on matching clashes.

Discussion Mesa Touch-up

honestly the part of the mesa heirloom i was excited for the most was the assumed touch-up she would get for her abilities. but we just didn't get one. don't get me wrong, she's strong as hell but she just feels.. rusty? her 1 and 2 barely do anything, her passive is non-existent and her 4 still has targeting quirks that are kind of annoying to deal with. also, not being able to recast her 2 and 3 during their duration just feels awful. i love her to bits regardless, though. still wish we get it at some point.

Spoiler Question regarding first Excalibur

Hi,

I marked this as spoiler as some newer players might not have gotten to The Sacrifice or 1999 yet.

Don’t read this if you’re a beginner!

In 1999 we meet Arthur Nightingale who the Excalibur Protoframe and much later in the timeline I think it’s when the Orokin started experimenting with the infestation and making Warframes out of people they transform this Dax soldier into Excalibur Umbra.

I’m confused at this.

Can they take any person and make them specifically into an Mag or Mesa? I thought the Warframe has abilities based on the strengths the human had.

How come two different people turned into Excalibur?

It’d be really nice if someone could explain this to me.

almost lasted 3 times longer than the previous one.

also, the thornbak is fun. (you get in the tutorial and it already has a catalyst, and oh wow that status chance is high.(thermite rounds is helping a lot with that though. thank you random tenno who traded and some other mods it to me for 2 ammo drums and a small fish))

Discussion IS ETA & EDA Loadout Choice Actually an Issue or Overblown?

I guess I just really don't understand the hate for being forced to pick a given Loadout of 9 choices. I have never been given an unplayable Loadout....Yes I've had some less ideal loadouts but in some cases I really enjoy playing with stuff I wouldn't normally use/building it out. Also in many cases a single Warframe or weapon choice can just carry the entire Loadout by itself. I can understand some people just wanting to play their favorite builds all the time but you can do that quite literally everywhere else in the game. Some people act like these game modes are insurmountable when they are like 20-30 minutes of your week each get in get out. The proposed changes also sound like in many of the cases you'll just have buffed weapons and frames if you choose to embrace the system. Also if you really hate it just don't do it , but if you want the rewards idk what to tell you. It isn't hard or tedious content. It isn't the only end game content. I genuinely don't understand the fear mongering discourse over the changes to the game mode. It all sounded great to me.

I’ve been trying to add stars to the ayatan sculture and nothing is allowing me to do it. The sculpture is not in my decorations. It is in my inventory. I have no idea how to socket them into the sculpture since there’s no option. How do I sockets these things into the sculpture?
