Emergency aid

I applied for emergency aid some weeks ago and after 2 weeks, I received an email stating: After our review, we are unable to approve your request based on you do not yet have a registered GPA of a 2.0 or higher. This is required to be considered for Emergency Aid support.

My GPA is a 3.6, my last term gpa was a 4.0, and it’ll be a 4.0 once again when my teachers put in the final grades. I emailed them back and told them that and also sent proof as soon as I received the email which was 10 days ago. Has anyone else had this problem? Also, I haven’t heard anything back from them. Also, I’m full time.

Likelihood of Getting Off Waitlists?

Kinda panicking here, so curious if anyone has experience with this. Asking for BIO 111 and CHM 151, I'm on the top of the waitlist at both and the CHM class is in-person, 16 seats while the BIO class is 20 seats and in-person.
