Hi everyone,
As title says,I'll be attending my first wrc event in october, the Sardegna Rally, and I'd like to have some information from someone who already attended an event or even better this event!
I'm a big Ford fan,and I'd love to have an autograph from Martin sesks, is there a moment trought the weekend where they dedicate their time to fans? (I also made a Ford Puma racing wheel handbag,as soon as it is finished I'll post it here)
Is there any way to get closer to the cars in the paddock as there is in circuit racing? I've seen on the website of the event organizer some sort of ticket for a "Rally Experience",but is super expensive and I'd just like to get closer to the paddock, nothing more. I saw on the older website something closer to that, for people under 25,at a super cheap price, but it seems they removed it this year.
Are there any shops usually to buy some merch?
Any good website to find the best places to watch stages?
Thanks for everything

Yes, i am awere that Ouninpohja isn't on this year itinerary but so it was in 2009.
Without the stage being run, Marcus Grönholm was given the task to make a small tour of it, talking about his experiences and history of rallying's most famous stage.

Am I the only person who rmembers the WRC's craziest moments II TV program? I think it aired on ITV (ITV IV seems to ring a bell) here in the UK a few times in the early 2000's. I've been searching for it for years since it was taken down off of youtube a few years ago. I believe here is one of the last remaining clips of the same one I'm on about. Would there be anyone who could help find/restore this gem? I remember it being a really good watch.

Context: This WRC season isn't quite how Oliver would hope. After his win in Monte-Carlo this season seemed promising for him, but from the Safari Rally onwards, he hadn't completed one single rally without any problems. He had a mechanical failure at Kenya, an exit at Croatia and another exit at the Isles Canaries. In Portugal, the front right tire came off the rim, causing him to lose critical time. He had two more exits in the Rally Japan and the Acropolis Rally. After having problems in six rallies in a row, he finally broke the curse yesterday. He finished the 2026 Rally Estonia in the second place, completing the rally without any failure. He deserves congratulations.

Since Rally Estonia takes place practically in my own backyard, I spent some time photographing a few of the stages. (In fact, rally photography is one of my hobbies, and I attend as many events as I can whenever I have the chance.)
Here are some of my favorite shots. You can find many more photos here:
https://lehesfoto.com/rally-estonia-2026/
You don't have to read any further, but you're welcome to.
Photography is a hobby for me, which means it's purely a personal expense. I'm currently saving up for a new full-frame camera. All of the photos above were taken with an APS-C camera and a lens that isn't the sharpest. If you enjoyed my work and would like to support me with a few euros, you can do so here (there's absolutely no obligation):
Either way, I hope you enjoy the photos, and hopefully I'll see you at the next Rally Estonia!

Hi all. I got super annoyed that there's no per-stage .ics syncable WRC event calendar, so I put this together:
https://gist.githubusercontent.com/ak-42/028c68c76e2f93775f20a7c0eebb8501/raw/wrc-calendar.ics
It is a standard syncable .ics calendar, with every RallyTV broadcast listed as a separate event (not as an all-day event). The data is based on the RallyTV broadcast schedule from the event's RallyTV page, combined with the official event itinerary published on the event's page on wrc.com.
The "first car due" time in the description is the first car due time from the itinerary, expressed as relative to the event start time.
So, if the event starts at 13:00 and the event description says "first car due: + 5 minutes" this means that the broadcast event starts at 13:00 and the first car is supposed to start the stage at 13:05.
I used it with the Estonia event this weekend, and it worked well.
Disclaimers:
I make no guarantees regarding data accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. This is a personal thing. I'm doing this for myself. If my interest in WRC fades, I may stop updating it. Use it while it is there.
You're free to use it any way you want; if there is any original work of authorship in this, it is licensed under CC0.
This is parsed and generated using an LLM system. If you have strong convictions about not using LLMs, you shouldn't use this.
While this is based on RallyTV and wrc.com data, the possibility of LLM hallucinations cannot be excluded.
The schedule doesn't provide event length. So, the event duration are pure guesses, and may be complete nonsense.
My plan is to update the full schedule approx. 7 days before the event begins. The full broadcast schedule isn't available far in advance. Before then, you will see only placeholders.

I wanted to search for Sami Pajari's age, but the first photo that appeared was of Martins Sesks. Just found it funny haha.

1# Oliver Solberg (1st on stage)
2# Sami Pajari (2nd on stage) (Roope Korhonen in the second photo though)
3# Thierry Neuville (3rd on stage)
4# Adrien Fourmaux (4th on stage) – some battle damage on the front right!
Hello fans !
Can anyone explain to me why the cars are getting faster and faster as the special stage in Estonia progresses?
Thank you very much!

Is it just me or is the onboard cam connection for this Rally Estonia completely garbage? It's lagging and freezing every 5 seconds, I swear...

Just here to say that I'm loving how Hyundai and M-Sport are doing more behind the scenes content , from the explanations that Thierry, Lappi and Adrien have done to the current M-Sport of how the got the cars ready for Estonia , to me , it's just so cool to see all the work that going into getting everything ready.
I'll leave the links below in case you guys have not seen them.
