For nearly half a year since February 2nd (170 days), ryo with the Melt CPK! Remix held the title for the most viewed Vocaloid song of 2026, with immense view during the first month for so when it was first released. This view growth was heavily speculated to be viewbotted and unnatural due to a combination of it being a YouTube ad, sudden viewspikes, and low engagement relative to viewcount.
After the first month or so, the view growth of Melt CPK! Remix stagnated, reaching 20M by March 1st (38 days), and 30M by April 17th (85 days). I'd also look up 35M and 36M but the internet archive is down as of typing this. While it's normal for view growth to slow down over time, it has slowed down significantly in comparison to when it was first released as the daily average in the last month is about 15.4K, and the daily view growth most days this month were under 10K. The remix has been at over 36M views for over a month now without reaching 37M yet, indicating very slow growth relative to it's current view count and release. Songs at this level of supposed popularity would normally have a significantly higher daily average after a few months of release than older songs at a similar view count. However, the Melt CPK! Remix's view growth as of lately is more akin to something like MONSTER or 気まぐれメルシィ (Kimagure Mercy) which have slightly higher view counts and while they're great songs, they released over 8 and 10 years ago respectively. Due to the stagnation, having another song claiming the title by surpassing it was inevitable.
Before the remix began its 170-day reign, the title for the 2026's most viewed Vocaloid/SynthV/etc. song was held by 次元通信 (Signaling) for 11 days from January 22nd to February 2nd, a song by AnythingBecomeMoe (ABM). A little over 4 months later, they came out with another song "ヤラララ (YARARARA)", which went viral almost immediately. It has remained #1 on LocalVoid's weekly charts for 7 consecutive weeks since release before temporarily being overtaken by Larping the Rooms last week, although the latter's growth has been declining and is once again seeing less view growth than YARARARA every day since the 17th. Based on the view growth of both songs, ABM's song is most likely to reclaim the #1 spot, potentially being there for 11 weeks. It is currently #1 on VocaRank's daily charts among all Vocaloid songs.Just 10 days ago, it became the most viewed original VSynth song of 2026 shortly after reaching 31.531M views, making it the 2nd most viewed overall behind Melt CPK! Remix. Assuming YARARARA remains the most viewed Vocaloid/SynthV/etc. song for the remainder of 2026 (162 days), ABM could have the title across 2 separate songs over 173 days, surpassing ryo.
(i spent more effort writing this post that my actual school assignments, i'd go in even more depth but internet archive is down TvT)

I am fairly sure that this song is about a trans guy. I would like to make a cover of it in the far future but this thought just crossed my mind

There's definitely some that are hit or miss (I think Miku face is weird. I don't like Meiko and really don't like Kaito). I think my favorite is Len, then Rin, then Luka! Theses were only supposed to be quick doodles of Rin, Len, and Miku of old outfits I had made. It turned into making new outfits for all of them and coloring them and such. Last image is sorta related

So I have been letting my two dogs in my bedroom lately, and one of the two, keeps snuggling my Miku plushies. She will literally shove one down with her snout and snuggle up to it, and it's only ever my Miku plushies she does this to. I don't have any photos of it, she will have one next to her and fall asleep.

Hi everyone, it's been really hot lately, right?
I drew SeeU underwater to help cool you off a little.
Anyone who loves SeeU is welcome to use this artwork freely, no charge.

Usually you’ll hear about how a Vocaloid producer left the scene to move onto the industry, have their own band, or become an entirely different artist with an entirely different style.
But what are some artists that have both at the same time? For example, Utsu-P has The Ohayogozaimas, YM has mononokenonomo (Nashimoto UI is also the bassist), and Nashimoto UI has Araiya Kashiko.
It doesn’t have to be a band, just not a case of them having a non-Vocaloid music career and briefly coming back for nostalgia bait. Also doesn’t have to just be Vocaloid of course, any Vocal Syth artist (although only Vocaloid and UTAU seem old and notable enough)

I liked this Miku figure and hesitated for a long time, because I wanted to buy "etoile" Miku too, but I ended up buying figure with plush and surprise box. I spent €70 in total.

I've loved Umiyuri Kaiteitan but never expected it's such a big song, 11M+ views on Nicovideo, almost twice of that of Deep Sea Girl—which will always be the ocean song for me.

For those who don't know what this game is. It was a Mobile game where you built decks with Vocaloid cards and went through dungeons like a board game. There were stuff like Raid bosses that needed a guild of players to team up and character costumes for loids depending on the cards you unlocked. It seems like they are gonna update the whole game and modernize it too which is really needed considering the OG one really does look like it's from mid 2010s. There is no word about EN side yet from what I've seen but OG had an EN translation coming before the shutdown so hopefuly this will not be JP exclusive or something like that.
