Vegas Pro 22 How do I make a constant shakes with the dissolve shake video fx from the sapphire plugin in Vegas Pro?

  1. So I recently started on Vegas Pro and I am trying to figure out how to make different types of constant shakes like for calm shakes, yelling shakes, laughing shakes, exciting shakes, and even other types of shakes for my Discord videos. But whenever I am looking at the dissolve shake effect panel, it doesn't shake at all whenever I adjust the amplitude, frequency, or seed of the shake at all.

  2. I am just trying to figure out if I am suppose to animate the amplitude, frequency, or the seed of the dissolve shake. And I am also trying to figure out how to make it constant from beginning to end of each subtitle, because with the normal shake it doesn't shake until after a few seconds of the subtitle being there and I am trying to make the shakes a constant shake from beginning to end of anything I add it to.

If anyone can help me out then I would really appreciate it, trying to get this video out before school time starts back up 😭😭

1.What version is my Vegas Pro? Vegas Pro 22.0
2.What version of windows I am on? Windows 11
3.What is the plugin? the Sapphire Plugin
4.Have I googled about this issue? Yes I have been googling, it is all about a intro shake and not about a constant shake with the dissolve shake video fx.

Vegas Pro 14 - 20 Issue on final render, all images besides the background blink for a moment as they fade in

Version: Movie Studio 17.0 Platinum (Build 2 2 3.)

OS: Windows 10 Home x64

License Status: Fully Licensed, Official version

GPU: MSI GTX 1080

So, I've been attempting to render my video now at 4K 60FPS. The video completely renders, but there is a strange visual glitch when all visual elements besides the text and main background fade in where they appear to be blinking in and out of view before going really cursed looking for a moment (see the screenshots), before finally settling and being fine for the rest of the video.

At points when these elements fade out, there are no problems. When they fade back in, no problems. When new elements are introduced and fade in, there are still no problems. It's just the first time they show up in the video.

How is how it looks before it settles, after the blinking:

Now, none of this happens on the video preview and it doesn't affect me when rendering at 720p or 1080p, just 4K.

I've done very similar to this countless times but this one is breaking for some reason.

I've already tried a few quick fixes from Google like turning down that max memory setting to 0mb and trying to render at different resolutions. The 0mb fix took about 5 hours and still had the glitch, and as I've already said, lower resolutions work fine.

The media in question is quite big, the music score you see is a massive extremely long PNG, but to be clear, it is actually significantly shorter than the length I usually work with. It is 600DPI which is also what I usually work with. Usually takes an age to render but it works fine.

What is confusing me is why it looks fine on the render preview but has the issue when I watch the final export.

Also, some extra info: In terms of FX, I am using a glow on the bright green arrows as per the screen shot, this is not animated. I am also using the invert effect on the score as it is black by default.
