And with physical VR interactions too with your paws. It's a UEVR mod, and yes the kneeling part on all fours is optional but great for immersion 🤣

I see everyone hype up doom and I know there is that one slow mo action game.
But man I feel like Fear vr should have been a mod by 2018.
Has anyone looked into it?

The scope of the mod is to port each Halo game to VR one at a time, with the current focus being to get Halo 2 working in VR with its original graphics. Once the game is in a good enough state the focus will move on to the next Halo title, and then the next one until every game has been ported to VR.
Halo CE VR is a mod that benefited a lot from community contributions and that was only after it had been released, imagine how good the mod can be if everyone can help out from the beginning
Here's a link to the repo with a list of missing features that are left to be finished: https://github.com/LivingFray/ForerunnerVR

Some weeks ago i stumbled across this video by clasted bheeks talking about his approach to a vr treadmill. I found it really cool and interesting and tried to see if i could make my own vr treadmill following his idea.
Before this, i have never used a VR treadmill, but dreamed of it, unfortunatelly i couldnt do it because it costs thousands of dollar. In the end, i was able to make my own with 100$, wich is crazy.
By the perspective of someone who's never done it before, it was GREAT. even though its not omnidirectional i dont really miss it that much, just being able to walk freely in virtual reality its insane already.
As you can see, my setup is not as complex as his, but i'm still working to improve it.
Besides showing my own setup, i'm making this post to share his method, because it really felt like a game changer for me, and i think it would be for a lot of people as well.
I'm really excited to know that now i can explore virtual worlds such as skyrim and hogwarts legacy in a more imersive way than before, and i want more people to experience that as well :)

So, i've been thinking about this, a VR Real Steel game, like the xbox game but in vr you know? everything would be free, combat rating would not be a thing because its more of how you fight/ control your bot.
You'd have 2 modes, Control your robot, or fight as the robot, when controling your robot, you'd have 2 modes as well, shadow boxing, like atom, or just control it like with a controler or something.
Fighting as the robot: well, just that, you fight as the robot lol, if you press the trigger it would grab the opponent, not really grab, like when midas held Noisy's arm to then rip it off, also, when you pause the game, you could see if the opponent has a weakened part, (like in real steel the videogame, if a part is orange, it means you can rip it off.) If a part is weakened, you can press the upper trigger to rip a part off, so for example you dont rip off an arm mid combo or something, you could also rip the body away from the legs, like zeus did to axelrod, anyways, opinions on this idea?

Showing Steam Frame APK running on non SteamOS hardware-take this showcase as a public cry to steam and any game developers to include multiple headset vendor support within their single APK, this is the perfect opportunity to finally end this mess of stagnated game builds across each system, steam is supposed to be open to all hardware, why should standalone VR be any different?

Hello everyone! I have a weird setup, maybe someone here uses something similar. I own the OG Vive which I currently use with the Valve Index controllers and the original Vive base stations. My question is, can I use the Quest 3 as a headset linked to my PC (either with a cable or virtual desktop) while still using the Vive base stations and Index controllers rather than the Quest ones? and if so, do I need to have the Meta Quest app (or whatever it's called, I used to have it when it was still called Oculus) if I use it via virtual desktop? Thanks!

Anyone playing it? I've played it a bunch but i got the pimax crystal super ultrawide and it has thrown all my settings off. I have a 5090 64gb ram i9 cpu so i know i can run it. Im playing kcd2 in vr with it and it looks amazing and plays great. My biggest issue right now is i can't force the resolution in lukes mod overlay. It just crashes. Never had it happen before. The in game setting are forced to that 1080x1080 by the mod haven't changed it. Wondering if i am missing something. I should be able to force the resolution. No clue why i can't. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? I'd really appreciate it.

I'm really excited about G-Rebels and bought it the moment it came out, but unforetunately I've been really struggling with the set up.
For context, I am aiming to play in VR using a Thrustmaster t.flight HOTAS
So far in my attempts to get things working I've encountered the below issues:
* Throttle defaulting to inverted and not changing even after toggling invert axis in the menu
* Unable to assign certain buttons during config
If anyone has any suggestions I'd be really grateful to hear them. Also, if anyone has successfully set up a HOTAS (without pedals) for this game and can share the config they landed on I'd appreciate that as well.
Thanks internet, you're the best.

Our game Puzzles of the World is launching August 6th, and today we hit a personal milestone we’ve been waiting months for, the official soundtrack is live!
When designing POTW, we knew sound design would make all the difference in pulling you directly into the cozy, immersive experience we wanted to build. We had the incredible privilege of collaborating with composer Markus Zierhofer to create a custom-made soundtrack for the game.
Every single level features tailored track variations depending on the time of day and my personal favorites right now are Soothing Lanterns of Higashiyama (Night) and Enamored Streets of Camoens (Night)
Feel free to give it a listen and share thoughts: https://open.spotify.com/track/6nAJJsdftUtPxiceaFIaVt?si=ULa46G_4T9CP2xP4b7Zb6A&utm_source=copy-linkÂ

I just watched a video about delete scenes that got removed around 2021. I’ve been playing VR since 2018 and I do in fact remember getting superhot around the time I had gotten Tiny town VR (who remembers that game) and i genuinely don’t remember those scenes. I know I did because my rift had broken around 2021-2022. so I was playing it before then.
