The LEM kit I received has a thinner sear than my factory USP9 sear resulting in this gap. If the sear catch moves the LEM will fail. Any idea if I’m using the right part?

Successfully converted a da/sa LE trade in .40 USP to LEM.
Should I get it optic cut next?

It’s actually a very usable gun, shoots a lot better than you’d think it would in this type of environment. Definitely won’t get you your best hit factor but damn it can hold its own. And for its intended use cases it would absolutely be the right choice. I can see why the seals that dived, or set up hide sites really liked it because irl if you are clandestine, you can run it fast enough to be effective.
I don’t see a lot of people testing its performance in a “run and gun” type environment, especially with a can, but I was pleasantly surprised as stated before. It definitely develops a rocking movement when shooting triples or bill drills because of all the reciprocating mass and front heavy nature of the can+lam but it’s still very usable. Doubles you can hammer down easily and singles that require precision are light work (go figure).
I’m definitely going to test it out more, try to get some more data out there, the gun is amazing and needs more highlights of its capability

Got my new holster so naturally had to shoot this in a match. Mark 23 actually kinda shoots fast for its size.

Big thanks to NLT aka u/impossibleargument for the custom holster in Kryptek Raid with safety/decocker delete. I got it about two months ago but I haven't had a chance to use it because I sent my slide to Wright right before I received the holster. The man is responsive and professional and the holster is better quality than my Tier 1 holsters.
My experience with WA was excellent. I was on the fence when I called to inquire about the entire i-DOT process. The gentleman on the phone was so professional and knowledgeable answering all of my questions that I ended up sending my slide less than four hours after that phone call. Shipped out May 21st and I got it back on July 17th, so 8 weeks and a day for the i-DOT and QPQ nitride.

Paging u/Objective_Gene9503, here's some light slide wear. (Couldn't get link to work in comments). This is one of the smoothest shooting USPs I have and have no issues is replaced parts.

Hi. What parts do I need to convert my P8 to V1 so I can run it cocked and locked? I tried a V1 detent and a V3 lever and it is not working. I thought the V1 and V3 levers were the same, but the V3 doesn't have the markings on it.

Picked up a used .40 a month or so ago and it came with 5 mags. But they were those icky 10 rounders so I found myself some steeply discounted ones to replace them. They even came with that funny engraving that can't stop me because I can't read.
Seriously though why are these things so expensive, its probably about the cheapest magazine to produce since its a pure polymer mag and a very simple shape. Did HK spring for the highest quality spring steel wire or something?

I'm also considering having the slide and slide internals done with NT7, but I keep waffling back and forth. Is two tone better than all black and is doing the slide internals and slide release in NT7 worth it? I'm sure it's going to add weeks if not months to the turn around time.

I have a fascination for well built, BIFL products that have developed signs of character with age.
Calling on the community to post pictures of USPs with worn slide finishes so that I can get an idea what to look forward to (mine is only a year old and still looks new after 1k rounds).

Im beginning my journey with concealed carry and am in the "trying shit out until I find what I like" phase.
My chosen piece is a USP Compact in 9mm with a Mr Nein Jr. / MR08 rail and TLR7X
I'm finding that carrying appendix may just not be for me. Im smaller in stature and the USPC is not exactly a thin gun.
Im looking to try out pancake holsters for side carry but seems like options for the USPC are limited at best - and even more sparse if you want lightbearing.
Anyone here have good pancake recommendations? Bonus points for leather construction. Interested in both IWB and OWB variants.

Looking to get a second slide for my USP45T. What's the best way to make sure I get one when they come available? Can I pre-order one through HK USA? Or just sign up for stock notifications at various distributors?

Any options for getting one, other than used?
