Hello! I'm looking for someone to sublease my unit off of my hands :D I'm looking for someone to move in by July or August.

• The community also has 2 pools, free coffee machine to use, gym, computer lab, and a tanning bed (¯_(ツ)_/¯)

• The place is located close to the leasing office (shuttle stop for UCF) and is 5-10 minutes away from UCF.

• My roommates (all female) have all been very sweet and chill! Two are moving out on July 31st, but one has renewed and she's the sweetest :D She's very communicative and encourages the same!

• Old roommates left behind kitchen appliances, a dish rack, a vacuum cleaner, and furniture in the common room. Those can be yours to use since we haven't touched them at all.

• Maintenance gets back to us by 1-3 days, and they have been respectful and kind when interacting with them!
