Each year, I leave Montreal and drive all the way to Minganie, my favorite area of the province. What do I love about the place? Everything 😍

Situated on the North Shore of Quebec, Baie Johan-Beetz owes its name to the Belgian doctor and naturalist who came to live in the small village in 1897. He build this incredible heritage home which is now in need of repair. The villagers are asking the Quebec government to intervene in regards to saving this monument.

Always visit this place when doing road trips in the Thompson/Fraser Canyons. Located in Spences Bridge.

Heavy smoke and falling ash from a wild fire in the Boston Bar area. The smoke caused the sky to turn orange during the sunset.

Irishtown park was a favorite of mine. I walked its paths in all seasons, but my favorites were autumn and winter. I would often wake up early to make my way there and was never disappointed with the views.
