P.S. I was kinda sad to see how much my Karn Liberated have depreciated! Those were expensive back in the day. Even if they are outclassed by new Karn, has the power creep really made them unplayable?

Hi all, I am pretty new to playing tron in modern, but not new to the game or format. I am curious what are key plays to keep in mind when matched up against boros ponza. I played against them in a local event recently and it was a grindy slog of a match. We only got through one game in the round which they eventually won. It wasn’t horrible but surely I could have done better.
What are some key interactions to know about or specific Karn board cards to prioritize?

I'm still pretty fresh in my return to modern and am looking for some honest critiques of my current decklist. Its mostly colorless Eldrazi Tron splashing green for Sowing Mycospawn. I feel like my main spot for improvement is interaction/removal but am unsure where are the best spots to make cuts. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey y'all. I'm planning to play again in modern, i'm primarily an Elves player but I'm planning to build a Mono green tron deck in modern. How does it fare in the current meta?

Hello, fellow Tron players, I recently picked the deck up and really enjoy it. At first is was doing really well. I got top 8 at my first RCQ and when postive in a modern cup; however, recently I have had trouble with the deck and did poorly in my last two RCQs. So this is the deck I've been playing with for a while. It has served me pretty well at locals, and it's easily my favourite modern deck. Easy to learn, but the more I've been playing it, there are some really small angles and tricks that will catch unsuspecting players out of the blue.

It feels like it's good enough for now, and if I'll take it to an RCQ or similar level event, I feel like I should swap one warping wail to an Ulamog, to protect myself from the inevitable mill deck, which someone will surely play.

My current mono green tron list!

Hello fellow Tron players! I built this RG tron deck years ago, but recently got back into modern. My play group isn't supper competitive. I doubt I'll ever see a mirror match. I'm not interested in building around Karn, the Great Creator and always playing silver bullets from my sideboard, but I would like to leave the 1 copy in the deck. What do you all think? Is there something I'm missing.

My thoughts...The Eldrazi Temples don't always seem necessary but I don't know what to replace them with.

What do you think about putting uba mask on the sb of the modern tron? Well played can give you the match and cuts many synergies, annoys the frog among other cards. But is it viable enough to occupy a place in the sb?

I am in the process of building a Pre-FIRE/Pre-WAR Modern Tron deck and looked up some early 2019 Mono Green Tron lists for some inspiration and in a lot of lists a singleton Ghost Quarter saw play at that time. Was this merely a tech for the mirror or did it have other use cases too?

I am working on my first modern deck. I have loved playing a timmy tron deck and a flicker tron build in pauper. Both those deck use prophetic prism and energy refractor to help color fix the tron lands. I am wondering why most of the modern tron lists are using the talismans rather then these filter rocks? Primarily because both prism and refractor cantrip on entry. Any help or suggestion are welcome, Thank you

how crucial is it to have Ugin Eye of Storms, right now my build has it as a 2 of alongside The Spirit Dragon but since I havent picked up the deck in a while id love to hear your feedback on it

Im also going with temple over labrynth currently because i feel it allows me to be more focused even if i lose the devourer imprint ability

I have been brewing on this for a minute. The last two weeks I have played this at my LGS and taken second. I have had big losses to combo elves and Ponza as well. What are your guys thoughts on the list? Where could I improve it? Thanks folks
