If you work in a frontline role, think back to when you first started.
What actually helped you learn how to do your job?
Was it the official training? Working alongside someone experienced? A good manager? Figuring things out as you went?
We spend a lot of time thinking about how companies can better prepare frontline employees for the job, and we're curious what actually made the biggest difference for you.
