I've been dealing with a situation that's been on my mind for quite some time, and I'd really appreciate the opinions of people who have more knowledge or experience in this area.

For personal reasons, I can't go into the full details of my situation. However, I can say that I'm doing everything I can to achieve something that is very important to me. The final outcome, though, is not entirely under my control. It may turn out exactly the way I hope, or it may not. Naturally, I'm hoping for the outcome I've been working toward.

I have a few questions, and I'd really appreciate hearing the thoughts of those who are more experienced or knowledgeable:

- If someone were to use the ritual and methods described in this article to help achieve a personal goal or wish, do you think this ritual can actually be effective? Why or why not?

- Are there any important points, precautions, or recommendations that are not mentioned in the article but should be considered before attempting this ritual?

- If someone has little or no experience with this kind of practice, would you recommend learning the fundamentals first, or is this ritual suitable for beginners as well?

I’m still new to this Satanism after deconverting from atheism a couple days ago. I’m still learning the ropes on what it means to be theistic like searching up vids on YouTube. I’m also newish to Reddit and this sub as well.

Im 14 i started my journey with theistic satanism a few days ago.I started by praying to satan,telling him about my day,

what really impressed me that my skill at piano especially

learning by ear improved i learned 4 songs in the span of 2 days,i dont think i remember praying to satan about this but still cool.Ok in this post i wanted to Ask help about building an Altar the problem is i really cant my family is catholic,they dont like satanism,and they will probably punish me for having one in my room is there any other places i can make one without people noticing?

I feel extremely embarrassed about this. But I want to contact the devil. I’ve been a Christian my whole life but recently I’ve felt this calling towards revenge and hate. it’s weird. I want to contact the devil for favors. I want people who have hurt me beyond extent to suffer horribly. I want personal favors for myself. However I cannot bring myself to worship him. Or even set a candle. I get scared. Terrified even. What if demons attack me? What if what I’m greedy for backfires on me. I don’t know what to do. Can somebody please help me?

I ask because there is a Thulian Satanic Society that practices LaVeyan Satanism in a theistic way

Is your own God inside your own heart. The spiritual essence of your inner temple. Once the eyes are opened, you see the mirror reflecting your inner divinity back to you. No god or goddess or spirit can or will help you.

Now I know this sounds like how a LaVeyan Satanist would preach but, I swear it’s spiritual. If you look within, and look through your own temple (i.e. your heart) you will see the Gods with a human body, and a human speech.

Is this possible? I've meet several Satanists who do not believe in Jesus and believe he is a fictional character, not much info about how many believe in Muhammad and Buddha. Can this be possible?

Hail Satan

Hi again I was in deep thought and realized how I still seem to need to deconstruct some old subconscious thoughts about Satan because my mind still from time to time tells me he eats babies alive and I just want my brain to shut tf up. I've felt Satan's presence since 2023 and still I guess I need to deconstruct but I don't know how to.

How can I trust Satan more? Because we have a close bond, yet I get intrusive thoughts from time to time telling me he'd eat babies.

It breaks my heart that my brain/intrusive thoughts say this. I think it also comes from my favorite horror movies/show,

'IT' with Pennywise being a fictional form of Satan for me which also is verified/canon, just very subtly and not talked about much.

I mean IT/'Pennywise' is known to eat little kids and there was a deleted scene from the IT movies where IT as a crimson red bald creature with yellow 'demonic' eyes was crawling up from a well (Hell?) And IT made a deal with a woman to have her newborn child, but that scene was so brutal it was deleted.

I really don't want to think of Satan as a child eating monster. I just see it as Christian Hollywood propaganda or sonething like that. But it still sticks to me for some reason.

This mixed with a forced Christian upbringing I dissociated myself through my whole childhood and can't remember it clearly.

I met a woman who apparantly was a church pastor or church youth leader/bible school when I was a kid, and they recognized me clearly but I had absolutely no memory of ever going to church or ever seeing her in my life. But she said I was about 9 - 12 y.o at the time. A few hours later some of the memories came back to me and I got really sad.

I love the 72 gods as much as the next satanist. But I got Temp banned for calling these shit bags out as neo-nazi scum. Anyone else have a similar issue? This is a bit of an experiment on my part to to see what kind of people really run reddit.

When I first started in Satanism [1 year ago] I made my altar (The one I still use) I just didn't put a sigil and some other things because well, I thought it wasn't really needed since I knew for who was my altar (Satan obviously), but I was listening to a podcast about altars in Satanism and the guy that made the podcast was pointing stuff that should be on an altar. And my altar doesn't have most of them.

I always thought that the important part of an altar was just making it as you felt like it should be, and well, the guy on the podcast started saying that altars should have this or the other and now I feel that my Altar is... Simple? I mean it doesn't even have something specifically pointing to Satan and now I feel a bit useless... And yeah I get that the point of being Satanist is doing what you feel like without thinking a lot of what othe people think, but I'm just naturally insecure of not being enough.

My altar should be more detailed? Sometimes I place a coffee cup but it's late were I live so right now it doesn't have anything.

Now I feel like it should have more stuff, that it should point more to Satan... I don't know... I know I may be overthinking this but I feel like what I have done isn't enough...

Hi guys I’m kinda new to Theistic Satanism, I’ve had experiences with Satan in the past but they fell short of worship. Basically I’ve been working with and worshipping Lilith since December 2023 but recently she has sort of gotten me in contact with Satan and thinks that Satanism would suit me. Any tips for someone who is exploring and considering this path? Also I want to change my altar a little for Satan more than just Lilith. Can I still worship Lilith while calling myself a Satanist? Also I want to have a symbol to represent Satan on my altar (I currently have Lilith’s sigil as it is primarily an altar to her) but I’ve looked up Satan’s sigil and the only results I’ve gotten are Lucifer’s sigil and I don’t want to use that because I consider him a different being from Satan. Would a Leviathan’s cross work good to represent Satan or would that represent Leviathan? I’m pretty new to Satan worship so tips are really appreciated thanks!
