I'm interested in an extension of the system to facilitate use of pentomino and tromino. I have found the kick tables from Techmino system on some wiki page, but there's no information what is considered the base rotation for those tables.

Just announced - Drop Loot is basically what happens when you give Tetris swords, bombs, bosses and an unreasonable amount of blood
Can be played on itch: https://johnreno.itch.io/droploot

I've been playing on and off for years, and my highest score is half a mil. I'd like to know if anyone here playing from Qbc, Canada ? I'm hoping to be one of the best in Qbc hehehe. My goal is to end up with a score of 1 million by the end of 2026 !

So I know some of it is because Tetris is so popular over there in Japan and has been for years not the least of which is partially because of TGM.
But I think it's a bit more. I think recognizing board states is more natural and easier to learn because Kanji exist. Kanji ultimately break down into radicals that are arranged in a box, and are often similar in appearance depending on the Kanji. So being able to distinguish them quickly and accurately uses and strengthens the same spatial reasoning areas of the brain that you use with Tetris.

Hi everyone! I've been playing Tetris for a long time now. In the beginning I improved a lot and made pretty fast progress, but lately I feel like I've hit a plateau — no matter how much I play, I can't seem to get any better.
So I'm wondering: should I change my technique or approach to keep improving, or is there simply a limit to how far most people can progress?

I'd love to hear about your own experiences and any tips or suggestions you might have. Thanks!

1.) MyArcade 16-bit Tetris (Pocket Player Pro)
2.) Tetris DX (GBC)
3.) The Next Tetris (PS1)
4.) Tetris Worlds (GBA)
5.) Tetris 2 (SNES)
I have others, but I like these the most and pretty much just stick with this selection. Which do you guys like to keep in rotation? And which is your favorite Tetris version overall? Mine would have to be the 16-bit MyArcade version of the game that comes on the Pocket Player Pro.
I’d love to see what people think!
