iOS Tortoise Money – Private, Offline Net Worth & FIRE Tracker

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
Upvotes

https://tortoisemoney.com

hey all, i've been building a net worth and fire (financial independence / retire early) tracker for iOS and i'm looking for testers before launch.

the whole idea is that it's offline and privacy focused. no bank logins, no accounts, no ads. you enter your balances yourself and everything stays on your device, with icloud sync as an optional opt-in. i built it because connecting large retirement accounts to some third-party service just to track them never sat right with me, and honestly, if you're building wealth the boring way (holding index funds), you don't need to be checking balances every day. it's made for updating your numbers a few times a year and seeing the bigger picture of your progress.

what's in it:

- net worth tracking with trends over time

- coast fire and regular fire calculators

- custom milestones + income tracking

- home screen widget

- csv import/export (your data is yours)

- app lock and dark mode

what i'm after: honest feedback on the ui, anything that's confusing, any bugs, and whether the whole "manual, private, check-in-a-few-times-a-year" approach actually clicks for you.

requirements: iOS 17 or newer.

anyone who helps test and provides feedback gets premium for free when it launches. i did set a limit on the testflight so i can hear from each and one of you carefully.

thanks a ton, i'll be around in the comments to answer anything. or just shoot me a DM!

iOS Debt-Free: Payoff Planner

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
Upvotes

I’m preparing Debt-Free for its first App Store release and would appreciate honest feedback from iPhone testers.

Debt-Free is a private payoff-planning app that helps you:

  • Organize multiple debts
  • Compare avalanche and snowball strategies
  • See how extra payments change interest and payoff dates
  • Follow a month-by-month payoff plan
  • Plan without connecting a bank account

Please use made-up debt names and sample balances during beta testing.

I would especially like to know:

  1. Is entering and editing debts straightforward?
  2. Are the payoff plans and explanations easy to understand?
  3. Do the totals, interest estimates, and payoff dates appear correct?
  4. Is the premium upgrade screen clear and reasonably priced?
  5. Does anything feel confusing, incomplete, or unnecessarily restricted?
  6. Did you encounter any crashes or unexpected behavior?

Blunt feedback is welcome. Please respond in the comments or use TestFlight’s built-in feedback tool. Thank you!

iOS Join the saive beta

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
2 Upvotes

Okay so — this is my very first app. I taught myself the whole thing and I have genuinely no idea if it’s any good. I’m just a girl trying 🎀

It’s called saive (“save, with AI”). It’s a minimalist iOS app for saving links, screenshots, images, reels, and notes all in one place. Every save gets auto-classified with AI: category, title, tags, plus OCR on images and location detection.

A few things I care a lot about:

**• Local-first.** Everything lives on your device. Works fully offline — if the AI can’t reach the network, a fallback kicks in so saving never breaks.
**• Nothing auto-saves.** Every item opens a review card first. You confirm before it lands in your library.
**• Single-player by design.** No feeds, no sharing, no social layer. Just your stuff.
**• Share Extension**, so you can save from any app.
**• Map tab** for anything with a location attached.

Thank youuuuu 🥹

iOS PowerPace — gym & cardio tracker

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
1 Upvotes

Hey everyone — I've been working on a workout app for months because the same thing bothered me about all the others: either fast logging or real data depth, never both.

What makes it different:

  • Custom fields per machine. My treadmill workout has interval phases — pace A, pace B, phase time, rounds. You define whatever fields your machine has (level, incline, watts, …) and every value you enter shows up in the history and stats. Nothing disappears into a void.
  • Machine memory. Photo of the machine, its number in your gym, your seat/back settings — so you stop re-figuring out machine 21 every week.
  • Honest time data. Actual rest times between sets, active vs. total workout time, per-set duration.
  • HR depth (with Apple Watch): heart-rate zones per session, 1-minute HR recovery, even per-set HR on strength days.
  • Outdoor & cardio: GPS runs/rides/walks with splits, elevation, zone-colored HR line, run comparison.
  • Local-first. No account, no cloud requirement, no data leaves your phone unless you export it. Full backup (incl. machine photos) as an open ZIP you can inspect yourself.

It's German-built, fully localized in English and German. Watch app included (set counting, HR, favorites).

During the beta all Pro features are free. I'd especially love feedback on: how fast logging feels in a real gym session, whether the custom-fields flow makes sense, and anything that feels confusing rather than deep.

Brutal honesty welcome — that's what the beta is for. Thanks! 💪

Was PowerPace anders macht:

  • Eigene Felder pro Gerät: Laufband mit Intervall-Phasen? Pace A, Pace B, Phasen-Zeit, Runden — du definierst, was dein Gerät hergibt, und jeder Wert landet in Historie und Statistik.
  • Ehrliche Zeiten: echte Satzpausen, aktive vs. Gesamt-Zeit, Dauer pro Satz.

Was wirkt eher verwirrend als tief?

Ehrliches Feedback ausdrücklich erwünscht. Danke! 💪

- More Dashboard items/customization

- Treasure Hunt! …ever want to buy a game but have trouble keeping track of where you saw it and for what price/condition? Now you can! Itll even let you see everywhere on a map so you can decide what price/distance is best for you. You can even mix online and brick and mortar. Once you find it and add it to your library this gets added to the scrapbook so you can track your history with the game
- Soundtrack improvements - you can now update the Apple Music link and listen to it straight from the app (Apple Music sub required)

Please leave any feedback you may have and hope you enjoy all the new features!

Hi everyone! 👋

I'm an independent developer from South Africa, and I've been building Buszbee—a social travel platform designed to make every journey more connected.

Unlike traditional travel apps, Buszbee isn't just about booking transport. It's about the people behind the journey.

With Buszbee, you can:

  • Discover travellers near you
  • Share your travel updates and stories
  • Connect with people on the same route
  • Explore destinations through the community
  • (Coming soon in v1.3.0) Private messaging and group chats

The app is currently in Beta (v1.2.0), and I'm looking for iPhone users who are willing to test it and provide honest feedback before the next major update.

What I'd love feedback on

  • Overall user experience
  • UI/Design
  • Performance
  • Bugs or crashes
  • Features you'd like to see
  • Anything that feels confusing or could be improved

iOS FraudSentry — paste a suspicious text/email, it tells you if it’s a scam.

Thumbnail

Solo dev here. FraudSentry checks if a sketchy text, email, or DM is a scam — paste or screenshot it and get a verdict (Scam / Suspicious / Likely Safe) with the red flags and what to do next.

Everything's free during the TestFlight beta — including premium. Sign in with your Apple ID (one tap, Face ID works) to unlock the full app. No new account or password to make.

About to submit to the App Store and want real people testing the scan first.

2-min ask: install, sign in with Apple, scan one suspicious message, and reply with — did the verdict feel right? Anything confusing or broken?

Welcome all feedback. Happy to test yours back 🙏

Cheers!

I’m looking for tennis players with an iPhone and Apple Watch to test CourtSense during real matches.

CourtSense lets you update the score from your wrist or iPhone and review a session summary afterward.

I’d especially appreciate feedback on:

• whether score entry feels fast enough between points

• anything confusing during an actual match

• what would make you use it regularly

The stable App Store version is available publicly, while this TestFlight link provides early builds. Please share bugs and honest feedback in the comments or by DM.

Get2Getha is a social event-planning app that helps people discover nearby activities, create private or public get-togethers, invite others, and coordinate everything through event-specific group chats.

I’m looking for iPhone users willing to test the overall experience and provide honest feedback.

I’d especially appreciate feedback on:

  • Account setup and onboarding
  • Nearby event results in your area
  • Map and location behavior
  • Creating a private or public gathering
  • Invitations and event chat
  • Notifications, crashes or layout issues

Please include your iPhone model and iOS version when reporting a problem, along with the steps that caused it when possible.

Feedback can be submitted through TestFlight or left in the comments. While in the app you can also shake your phone to send a screenshot with optional text directly to me. Constructive criticism is genuinely appreciated.

iOS Canary – I don’t trust QR codes, so I built an app that tells me what they do before I open them.

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
13 Upvotes

QRs are more than pictures to snap, they provide instructions to your phone and integrate with your apps.  Great convenience, but a black box from a security perspective.  And before you say ‘But my phone shows me the URL’, think about it…  URLs redirect to who-knows-where, and QRs are more than just web links. They integrate with your contacts, calendar, wallet, phone, and more.

I built Canary for me, so I could see what the QR did before it messed with my phone, but it’s turned into something bigger.

Canary scans every QR with

- local heuristics to identify obvious issues with the QR

- network checks against fraud and reputation databases

Canary gives you the full details of each scan, with guidance.  You get to choose how to proceed, and you’re never surprised by the result.

Canary is free - no signup, no ads.  I pay hosting fees and API fees out of pocket.

Canary is anonymous - you don't sign up, and your phone never talks to any of the network services directly — Canary's backend does that for you. The data in your scan is used only for the check; it's never stored, logged, or tied to you. The only data Canary keeps is anonymous telemetry: a scan count and the verdict, never the contents and never attributed to anyone.

That telemetry data feeds the counter you see on canaryscan.app, where you can also learn more about the product, review the Privacy Policy for full disclosure (no surprises), and access canaryscan.app/testflight for a range of different QRs you can test with.

What am I looking for in this TestFlight?  Your feedback, both technical and emotional.  I’d appreciate any and all feedback that helps me make it better.

If your take on QRs is ‘my camera already does that’, Canary probably isn’t for you, no need to join the beta.  No hard feelings.

- Testflight limit:  250 testers

- Testflight requirements:  iPhone only (no Apple Vision Pro, sorry headset wearers)

I’m in Europe ATM, so I may be slow to respond.  But I’ll answer every question as best I can.   And if you’ve read this far… look for QR easter eggs after you sign up.  If you find one, contact me directly - in TestFlight feedback (screenshots) or [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])

Thanks r/testflight

iOS KeyMind: Private AI Keyboard App (repost)

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
0 Upvotes

I’ve been building a small iPhone app called KeyMind and would really appreciate some honest feedback before launch.

It’s a custom keyboard that can suggest your next word or complete your sentence using the text around your cursor and context you choose to add. It also includes swipe typing and an AI chat directly inside the keyboard.

Suggestions use Apple’s on-device model, so your writing and saved context aren’t sent to a KeyMind AI server. Accounts are optional.

You’ll need an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone running iOS 26 or iOS 27 beta. English is the only supported language for now.

I’m mainly looking for feedback on:

- Missed key presses or slow responses

- Suggestion quality and refresh speed

- Swipe-typing accuracy

- Anything confusing during setup

Brutally honest feedback is welcome!

iOS D9 Metronome TestFlight

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
1 Upvotes

I'm developing a metronome app called D9 Metronome. I'm running a TestFlight beta for iOS (there is also a live web app version available) and I am looking for musicians, music teachers, or anyone to try it out, push it to its limits, and report any bugs.

Here is a breakdown of what the core engine can handle:

  • Advanced Rhythm & Subdivisions: Handles up to 25 beats per measure. Features custom muted subdivisions and nested tuplets (e.g., nesting up to 11 ticks inside a parent subdivision).
  • Polyrhythms: Generates polyrhythms up to 15 against the primary pulse.
  • Automation & Setlists: Includes a complete timeline editor. You can program speed trainers, rhythm trainers (muting the click for specific bars to test your internal clock), and build out full arrangement maps with changing time signatures and tempos.
  • Audio & SoundLab (for fun): Features a built-in multi-oscillator synth with filters, LFOs, envelopes, and effects (saturation, bitcrusher, convolution reverb) to design your own custom click sounds. You can also upload your own audio files, export generated sounds, or use the built-in human voice counting.
  • Connectivity: Supports Ableton Link for local network sync, bidirectional MIDI controls, and a proprietary global sync protocol for remote sessions.

Potential Uses & Routing Possibilities

Beyond standard solo practice, the routing and sync features allow for more advanced production and performance setups:

  • Remote Teaching & Band Practice: Use the global sync feature so everyone hears the metronome perfectly timed in their own headphones via their individual phones.
  • Remote Control & External Display: Run the main audio from a laptop, pop out the external viewer window to display massive counters on a second screen, and completely control the master playback remotely from your phone.
  • Live Shows & Backing Tracks: Use Ableton Link to sync your backing track playback or any other Link-enabled hardware/software directly to the app's master tempo.
  • Hardware Integration (Two-Way MIDI): Bluetooth MIDI goes both ways. You can use the app to control the BPM of your delay pedals and MIDI hardware, or use an external MIDI device (like a foot switch) to control the metronome playback.
  • iOS TestFlight: You can freely unlock the Pro version inside the beta app. Because it runs in Sandbox environment, it will use a "fake purchase" flow, it will not charge you real money. (Note: This sandbox access automatically expires once the app goes live on the App Store).
  • Web App Premium Code: Beta testers will receive a real promo code (if you choose to enter your email) to remove ads on the web app version. This code is yours to keep and will remain valid, even after the official launch.

iOS Kivorane - What do people really think?

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
1 Upvotes

Donald Trump is already questioning the integrity of American elections again and demanding stricter rules for voter registration. It seems to me that this is already laying the groundwork to contest future election results if they don't suit his purposes.

Why am I writing this?

Because I kept thinking that on some (political) questions — especially those where there is genuine room for interpretation within the law — it would be incredibly valuable to know what a broader, and hopefully eventually representative, group of people actually thinks.

What does the majority really think?

Do people see an issue the way a politician presents it? Or do they see it differently? And are elected representatives acting in line with the views of the majority — or not?

That idea led me to build an app that does one very simple thing: it asks a current question and lets people vote Yes or No. That’s essentially the whole app, apart from a basic demographic breakdown of the results.

We elect representatives to make complex decisions on our behalf — and I think that is an important part of democracy. Political decisions are often complex. A decision that looks negative at first can have indirect positive consequences later, and many issues cannot responsibly be reduced to a simple popular vote. I do not think that should change.

But sometimes I would still like to know what people themselves actually think — without having to infer public opinion indirectly through politicians, commentators, media narratives or party affiliation, almost like a political game of telephone.

That is why I built this app.

My hope is that, if enough people use it, it can become a simple way to capture a more direct snapshot of public opinion on one specific question at a time.

The app is intentionally minimal and voting is protected using Face ID or device biometrics. In the current TestFlight version, there is no full identity verification yet. For later versions, I am exploring a stronger verification model designed around the principle of one verified person, one app identity, one vote per question.

Thanks a lot for reading — and I’d really appreciate any feedback.

Christoph

Was denkt denn eigentlich die Mehrheit?

Christoph

iOS Gnomish - There's a garden gnome hidden in almost every playlist cover in this whimsical music player. Beta spots open for Apple Music listeners.

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
2 Upvotes

I felt like Spotify and Apple Music were missing the mark for meon prompted playlists, and everyone from Last.fm to Apple Ping (for those who remember) have felt lacking on music social.

So I built Gnomish, a full music player built on Apple Music, where every playlist shows up like a mixtape somebody put together for you, cover and all.

I'm opening up 50 Testflight spots for a new app I’ve been building.

Some of the features:

Magic Mixtapes where select some vibe ingredients or type in what you are doing or something specific you want, have fun with it! And Gnomish builds a 30-song mixtape around it. Sequenced like a real tape, with a side A and a side B, and a liner note as the playlist description. It remembers your recent mixtapes so you don’t get the same songs recycled back at you.

Every playlist gets its own cover art in a screen print style. No text on a swirly background, no collage of album squares, a fun image that fits the playlist themes, and there may be a gnome friend in it, too!

Fun gnome-themed profiles with external share pages for linking to, for people not on the app to see. It'll also work out your Gnomish Spirit once it's heard enough: a name, a class, a little portrait, and two sentences that will roast you ever so gently.

The Letterboxd for music we’ve yearned for Heart, rate, and review albums. Basically Letterboxd for your record collection. Hearts sync both ways with Apple Music favorites.

Dive into the Quarry for a simple genre exploration where you can generate a genre tour playlist, or you can check out what the top songs and albums are right now.

Explore the Garden to see what’s popular in the app or amongst the gnomes you follow. Browse mixtapes other gnomes made. Play them, heart them, copy the ones you like.

Last.fm integration to be able to scrobble for Apple Music users and pull in your Last.fm scrobble history to help seed your personalization profile. I’ve been a dedicated user for almost 20 years with ~350k scrobbles and it’s one of the key missing features for me when I played Apple Music on my phone.

And it’s a full featured player! A lot of other music apps serve more as a companion where you regularly need to go between a player app and their separate companion apps.
While it’s powered by Apple Music’s Musickit, I honestly haven't opened the Apple Music app in over two months except to test bi-directional syncing on features. Gnomish quietly went from a side project to the only music app I use. Search, library, queue, playback, it's all in here. And nothing gets stranded: hearts and playlists sync back to Apple Music, so you can go back whenever you want. So far I haven't needed to.

I’m looking to see what feedback you all have and what improvements I should consider!

Fine print:  iOS only, and you need an Apple Music subscription with Sync Library turned on.
The beta is limited because I read everything testers send, I’m paying out of pocket for everything at the moment and I want to actually keep up with all the feedback.

iOS Thresho, window-timing app that tells you when to open and close for passive cooling. Free beta, US.

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
2 Upvotes

Solo dev here. Thresho reads your local hourly forecast, predicts when the outdoor temperature crosses the thresholds you set, and alerts you a few minutes before, so you catch the evening cool instead of missing it.

  • You set the open and close temperatures.
  • Alert lead is configurable: 10 minutes, 5 minutes, or at the crossing.
  • Opened and Closed buttons on the notification.
  • Holds the open-windows alert when outdoor air quality is poor.
  • No account, no sign-in.

iPhone only, iOS 17 or later. Built and tuned in California, works anywhere in the US.

More: getthresho.com

What I most need feedback on is the alert timing: too early, too late, or about right. Bugs and gripes to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) or reply here.

iOS Action Figure Inventory

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
1 Upvotes

Hi all. This is the link for V1 of the Action Figure Inventory app. I designed this app to be different than most other apps like it out there that are concerned with "value" which is difficult to determine, and the AI often used to do so is wildly inaccurate. This app is really your list, n your pocket, of your collection and the things you're looking for.

Create a mobile inventory of your action figure, vehicle, playsets

Create a wishlist of figures you're looking for

Create a On Order list of figures. The app sorts them by date expected and can help show what your upcoming spend is per month to better help budget

Download and upload via CSV file

Backups to iCloud

Upcoming Features:

-Ability to toggle data fields on/off

-UPC Scanner

-Ebay integration

My focus is: Performance- as you add pics and data, are you seeing any slowness? overall how does the app work

-Design tips- I like simplicity but admit, I am no design expert.

-Backups and data persistency- any issues?

-Additional features you'd like that would make the app even more usable/desirable.

Thanks MUCH!

tvOS LUXVideo Player - A video player for Apple TV

Thumbnail
testflight.apple.com
3 Upvotes

Hi everyone, I am building LUXVideo, an Apple TV video player that plays formats the built-in player won't (MKV, AVI, WMV, FLV, AV1, VP9, 10-bit HEVC, HDR10+). It also supports network streaming directly from SMB, FTP, Plex, Jellyfin, and more.

The app has been heavily tested in the simulator, but I desperately need feedback on physical Apple TV hardware.

Top Testing Priorities:

  1. Long 4K Playback (Thermal Test): Please play a 4K movie for at least 60–90 minutes. Apple TVs don't have fans, and I need to know if the player causes stuttering as the device warms up.
  2. Siri Remote Touchpad: Swipe UP for the transport bar, swipe DOWN for the options panel. Drag left/right to scrub. (Neither swipe should pause the video).
  3. AV1 / VP9 Files: These decode in software on Apple TV. Let me know how long it takes before the hardware struggles.
  4. Network Streaming: Connect to your NAS/Server and try seeking around in a large file.

How to Report Issues: Please use the TestFlight app on your iPhone/iPad to submit feedback, or email the address in the invite. If a file fails, please include the container, video/audio codec, and storage location.

Thank you! Field reports on real hardware are the only way this gets finished.

Hey! I built Credits, an iOS app for discovering, searching, and saving the movies and shows you actually watch. It's in open beta on TestFlight right now and I'd love feedback before a public launch.

What it does:

  • Discover popular titles, upcoming releases, and new arrivals in one feed
  • Search movies, TV shows, and people at once
  • Save anything to your own watchlist

What I've focused on:

  • Built native for iOS — no React Native/Flutter, so it feels like a real Apple app, not a web page in a shell
  • Fast — scrolling, search, and saving are instant
  • Zero ads, zero dark patterns — no "watch an ad to save," nothing

Requires iOS 18+. Free, no account wall to try it.

Happy to answer questions or take feedback here, genuinely want to know what's confusing or missing.
