For a long time their music was missing in this platform. They remixed the 3 albums, the sound is pristine \m/

Some of the newer Tdm bands are aging like fine wine such as Gorod, Psycroptic, Fallujah, even Obscura (excluding their last) on the other hand some bands had a very good run in the past and now they're like meh. For me Origin is on the top of the list, antithesis was one of the all time best, meanwhile their latest(s) are completely pass.

Flesh” is rooted in simple, catchy, fun chromatic riffs and caveman slams. It has a modern polished clean production, yet very true brutal death metal sound, with a bit of technical death metal influence sprinkled throughout. The drums are old school heavy with plenty of blasting, and interesting accents that feel very human. The vocals feature many nasty dual layered lows and gutturals that feel very full. This song from their debut EP titled; “Flesh”. The EP album cover art is one of the best artworks I have seen in a while. It is a pterodactyl standing over a corpse with body parts dripping from its beak. Their follow-up first album after this release titled; “Apocalypse”, is even better leaps and bounds ahead of this (with more a technical influence).
Band: Emulsified
Song: Flesh (2 of 5)

Civilization has collapsed, and you can only preserve a handful of Technical Death Metal albums in a time capsule so future generations will know what this genre was.
Which albums would you choose?
My picks:
- Obscura – Omnivium
- First Fragment – Gloire Éternelle
- The Zenith Passage – Solipsist
- Beyond Creation – Algorythm
- Archspire – Bleed the Future
- Fallujah – Dreamless

Neuraxis - The Thin Line Between album
I'm listening to this since 2012 I think and to this day it just never get boring. I love this epic mid tempo riffage, there's something satisfying about this album that keeps me hooked, maybe it's just the blend of fine groove and really tasty riffs and some melodic elements that's doesn't sound cheap or too mainstream. Is there something similiar, doesn't matter if it's oldschool or modern stuff?

Discuss away!
I prefer Focus cuz it's more fusion-y and I'm a massive jazzhead, whereas Opeth is more proggy, but both are definitely 9/10-10/10s for me, and I guess im a bit biased since I've seen Opeth live and Mikael Åkerfeldt threw his pick at me lol.
