I actually love my oracle deck!!!
r/Tarots • u/deathbycanada • 4h ago
Currently in a period of separation following an avoidant discard resulting in no contact between us since early June. Without going into too much unnecessary detail, I have never experienced something so profound in my life as the depth of feeling and mutual understanding, recognition, and intensity that this connection invokes.
My overall take is that future reconciliation between us is possible, but only if/when certain requirements are fulfilled to support the highest alignment/healthiest version of the connection. I actually interpreted the first three cards that I pulled more as individual barriers to entry for reunion rather than a linear "yes/no" progression, with the final card (bottom of deck) indicating the deeper underlying current active beneath the whole situation. More details on my interpretation below, but would love to hear your thoughts.
-
Three of Swords - the wound that must be acknowledged. Navigating a period of grief and heartache as a result of what happened is unavoidable, and in order for repair to become a possibility, the devastation caused must first be assessed. I.e., the damage has already been done and the pain can't be bypassed; however, reconciliation won't come from pretending the rupture didn't happen and trying to avoid directly facing the consequences - it must be confronted head-on.
The Empress - the energy that must be reclaimed. I think this points to me specifically, and the mature DF energy that I am meant to fully embody before any kind of aligned reunion can become possible. Staying grounded enough in my own warmth and magnetism not to chase or pursue. Focusing on self-care and nurturing my own needs rather than tending so much to the connection and his emotional state. Remaining open and receptive to whatever tries to come forward in the form of real accountability/repair without abandoning myself.
The Lovers - the choice that must be made. If the three of swords and the empress represent the criteria that must be met for reconciliation to become a possibility, then I would think the lovers represents the actual choice-point and overall answer to the question posed. Probably one of the most "romantic reconnection-coded" cards I could've pulled to indicate that the bond holds real depth and significance and does still carry some real form of romantic potential, but with heavy emphasis on mutual alignment and conscious choice. Not necessarily an automatic "yes, you'll definitely get back together," but more-so an indicator of the potential the connection still holds.
The Star - the underlying current. This seems to indicate that the energetic field between us still carries hope and healing potential despite the current distance rather than cold finality, emotional detachment, or hopelessness/despair. It doesn't point to instant gratification by any means, but it does give me some reassurance that the deeper current/field supports the possibility of renewal after so much grief and devastation.

Pretty clear "no" I believe, what else can you read about theese cards? Didn't do any specific layout of the cards. The one on top fell out of the pac first and the three under fell out together.
Note the picture is not upside down, all the cards came reversed.

I’m kinda confused honestly, I just started talking to this guy last week and ngl my own intuition may be influencing this reading as he’s been lovebombing like crazyyy. I don’t know what three of swords would mean in this context. Could the magician, wheel of fortune and the tower mean he’s a player?? The back of the deck shows the world

I try not to pull cards when I’m like this, after calming down from a bout of anxiety and calming myself down from freaking out I grabbed my tarot deck.
Self admittedly I have issues and constantly flip from feeling okay to assuming somebody is betraying me (I’m getting help lol) this time my bf. Seen a post by a girl he used to talk to. So my first question was "am I being cheated on" which I got Temperance reversed, took it as me being off balance, an extreme thought process that could lead to me being reckless.
So I calmed all the way down kinda and asked "how does he feel about me" needless to say I’m no longer feeling anxious.

I'm kinda new with this and I want to hear your opinion about this cards, I didn't ask for anything in particular, it was more like for knowing how I am for the moment, if I'm not mistaken I'm leaving behind sentimental blockage or at least starting to leaving it behind

Beginner here, and I’m a little confused because of the 10 of pentacles. Does this mean I can forge a long lasting relationship with him or I will find a long lasting relationship after leaving him?

Hello! 👋
As someone who spends most of her time crocheting tiny toys and miniature worlds, I’ve been wanting to create something special for my mom's tarot cards for a while.
I wanted it to look and feel like an old spellbook or grimoire. It has a super tight stitch so it keeps its shape, no sewing required except for attaching the charms and button.
I'm so happy with how this experiment turned out, thought I'd share it here! 🥰

the sun: he got what he wanted and is moving on with his life
the emperor: he’s being logical and in control and won’t reach out
wheel of fortune: his feelings for me fluctuate
the lovers clarified by the star: he has made the choice to heal instead of pursuing me further
7 of swords bottom of the deck: he was sneaking behind my back

I feel confused by the reading because the possibility of someone around or an interest is there, but I don't see infidelity or a relationship that explains the estrangement for that reason. They can also talk about people in the environment or family ties that occupy an important place today.

Hey everyone! I did a three-card spread to see if someone actually misses me or if there are intentions to reach out, and this is what came up. Could use some help interpreting it! Ace of Wands: I interpret this as a strong spark of energy, an initial impulse, desire, or intense drive to start something up or make things happen. Knight of Cups: This points to romantic feelings, genuine emotions, affectionate intentions, or the energy of wanting to move forward and approach emotionally. The Emperor: This is where it hits a wall for me; I see it as a stance of control, pride, coldness, structure, or putting up a very rigid armor to avoid vulnerability or giving in.

hiii i did an egg cleanse for the first time the other night and then pulled some ( a lot actually ) tarot cards after to help interpret the cleansing. im new to egg cleanses but understand that the spike coming from the top downward represents internal emotions, anger, unresolved emotions. and the cobwebs and spikes represent negative energy ( maybe gossip n stuff from outside sources but idk who lol ) but the bubbles at the top of them mean my spirit team handled that for me. i understand strings as especially emotional attachments and connections but when i pulled cards and asked how should i interpret the strings/what the represent, i pulled the lovers and the hermit. i think it solidifies the past emotional connections ( situationships ) and those negative experiences, but not as confident on what the hermit means together with that. the strings were also thicker at the top and got thinner as they went down towards the yolk so i was especially wondering how anyone else would interpret that.
also for overall i asked what the cleanse absorbed and pulled the devil and the three of coins. i understand the devil aspect ( negativity from outside influences, negative thought patterns/behaviors/habits, false sense of lack of control, entrapment, etc ) but i was wondering how anyone would interpret the three of coins in this context ! im going back and forth between maybe it solidifying outside forces ( again wouldn’t kno who or what tho ) and/or relating to stress and false sense of lack of control regarding work & career path ( recent grad that doesn’t kno what i wanna do regarding that area and the job market is… )
tldr;
seeking more opinions on my cleanse and interpretations !
pulled tarot notably:
**what was absorbed by the egg during this cleanse ?**
the devil and three of coins
**what do the strings represent / how should i interpret ?**
the lovers and the hermit
if it helps another question i asked was **what area of my life was most impacted by this cleanse** and pulled 2 of swords
r/Tarots • u/Emergency-Instance18 • 18h ago
top row i asked if he thinks about me; high priestess, the devil, then. 8 of pentacles.
i think the first two refer to both me and our dynamic during our situation. the high priestess is often my identifier card!! he told me he didn’t want to hurt me anymore when he ended things, our whole situationship was feeding our vices. i think all together the cards say he does think about me or maybe he wonders how things could have gone, maybe reflecting on ways i could have self improved or vise versa ?
bottom row- will he ever reach out? up until now i’ve been blocked everywhere. i think maybe the cards are telling me to give up? i am the 9 of wands who refuses to give up despite the tower ( things ending ) and that id be happier if i moved on???
any opinions or different opinions?

Hello all. I'm new to this and mostly have just been pulling one card a day to help build my intuition. Today I felt pulled to continue, and had these as flyers in this order.
I'm dealing with a lot of emotional confusion and uncertainty with my husband right now. I feel like the Fool is telling me to cautiously stay because he is trying to change and the Eight of Cups is saying that I am the only reason I'm still struggling with my emotions. I don't know if the King is about me compromising my morals if I stay, about my husband, or how to interpret it. Does anyone with more experience have any insight? I appreciate it

I asked the cards for advice about a new guy I met this weekend. I’m getting the vibe that he’s not over his ex. Might even still be seeing her. But then again I’m still obsessed with mine 🤷♀️ so I’m not sure if this message is ‘Walk away because he’s not over it’ or ‘don’t start anything until you’re over it.’
Either way kind of a disappointing read but that’s life.

Context: I asked if my tarot cards gave me the right answer when I asked them a question or do they try to trick me. Everytime I try to do a tarot rrading on myself, the messages are hard for me to interpret.
INTERPRETATION:
7 of cups:
When I do tarot readings on myself, the answer is right infront of me ( red aura cup). However, with the clouds surrounding the cups, I always get confuse on the meanings of the cards or I put different interpretation to satisfy what I want to see in reality. ( what I'm trying to say is that something I prefer to interpret the cards in how I want my reality to be rather than what the cards are really saying despite it being right in front of my face). Especially since the red cup is the only one which is glowing and the rest is in confusion (cloudy).
8 of wands: with the mountains in the background, i should be more grounded with my interpretation but also since the 8 of wands deals with movement, as time goes by, I will gain more understanding over time.
Also with the river going straight and flowy in the background, I should not let my emotions confuse and consume me but be neutral in my readings.
9 of wands:
To be honest I'm lost here.
I believe it saying that with the eight of wands behind and the man being stuck on this one particular wand. It means that I always reshuffle my cards to try to gain the answer I want to hear rather that I need to hear. Especially since behind the 8 of wands, there are mountains which symbolize I need to be grounded when I do my readings and not stucked on what I want to hear.
Also the 8 of wands behind the man behind straight and with the mountain, this means by being grounded in my readings, I will realise that the answer are straightforward. Compare to the wand that the man is holding, it is curvy (not straight unlike the rest), this means that I try to adjust the readings to my reality when everything is straightforward.
Bottom of deck: 10 of wands:
This one is also tricky to interpret.
The man hiding his face in the wands tells me that searching for a specific answer in the cards start to become a burden itself.
Color blue symbolism:
The messages should be interpret when intution, patience and emotional awareness rather than being too emotional. Especially since in the 8 of wands, the river flowing is calm and straight.
Answer to my question:
Yes they give me the right answer but I should focus on trusting my intuition, focused on being grounded and take the messages of what they are giving me rather than reshuffling to get the answers that I want to hear.
I also really like how the numbers in all four cards follow: 7,8,9,10 but also how three wands came out with the number following the previous one.
Tarot deck: classic tarot by rider smith
Spreads: no in particular.

I’m totally new to this and don’t really understand how to read these but I drew and placed starting from the top right corner to the left and again for the bottom row. My main thoughts were , who i am at my core, who I am now , and who im becoming then did the bottom row for extra clarity or details. I know the meanings of these cards and have a good idea of what they are telling me but wanted a second opinion for clarity and reassurance. If this isn’t allowed on the group I’ll delete it , just wanted to see if anyone could interpret this:)

He's done it before...This seems…both like it could be promising or not great, depending on how you look at it.
One of Cups:
the shedding of old baggage; renewal; starting fresh
this could point to a willingness to do this with me, but it could reflect a desire to do this with new people.
Strength:
could point to having compassion with one another and the resilience to try again
6 of Swords:
usually indicates leaving something behind that you regret. This could symbolize the end of a relationship, but it could also mean leaving painful things in the past and moving forward together.
5 of Wands:
normally indicates some kind of conflict. In this context, it could be inner turmoil/conflicting feelings about coming back to the relationship, or even a 3rd party connection that must be let go of in order to come back to this.

I don't remember what my question was yesterday but it was along the lines of "who am I".
Yes I even tried separating them and I got them thrice in a row but not in the same order 😭😭😭

She’s working with someone who at first seemed to be her enemy or they didn’t really get along but now as of recently like in the end of May, he’s been warming up to her a lot and acting like he’s really attracted to her. I think she said he’s like somewhat hot and cold, but he was also dating somebody else in the office who was transferred. She doesn’t think that they’re together anymore. She was wondering if he is attracted to her and will they have a relationship ? Will he pursue her? These are the cards that I pulled up for her. I told her to be careful what she wishes for and it may cause disappointment, even if it feels like an exciting experience. I thought it was so interesting that the number nine showed up so many times. What do you guys think?

Feeling deceived today after figuring out that what I thought was an independent artist or collective that was creating and selling small batch tarot cards.
They showed up in my Instagram feed and I checked it out because the art work looked amazing. The site has a custom kind of boutique vibe. I looked through all the decks and they offered multiple versions of Tarot themes and Lenormand as well as Oracle cards and some playing cards too. As I scrolled to the end of a product list of roughly 40 items, near the bottom I saw in the descriptions "non ai". So I went to read some of the other descriptions and there was no mention of AI. I then read the About page where they state that they use a variety of digital tools to create their cards.
I was disappointed, mostly feeling tricked by there being no up front indication of them being AI created. Also, being AI created and cost 4 to 5 times the cost of standard decks was pretty off putting too.
I'm not really sure about AI created cards though, these were beautiful cards and I was thinking of buying two decks. As an artist myself I have problems with AI and I certainly do believe the human element of creating a deck of cards can embody them with a particular energy.
I don't intend this to be inflammatory in any way, but how y'all feel about this?

I asked for guidance and like an overall conversation about what is going on
1- what has been my pattern: wheel of future
2- what is currently going on: the empress
3- what are hidden influences: the knight of swords
4- advice or insight: four of cups
5- what happens if the situation changes/consequence of specific query (what if I text him?): nine of cups
I accidentally put the cards down and some spilled. I had a feeling that an uncovered card that fell would give me more clarity about 5, I got lovers reversed
I used the Cat Tarot Deck and guidebook.
I think the spread is telling me that I used to just follow and roll with the punches, once single from this ex I became more myself and still am, I also have the tendencies to be an overachiever or say yes to tkk many things and become overwhelmed. The four of cups talks to me about my ex and the standards I had for him. I may have wanted more than he could offer at the time and therefore walked away.
The fifth card is what threw me for a loop, I sincerely asked what I text him? And got nine of cups. Like if I reach out, what I may have been hoping he’d say or want from me would come tru
I then saw the lovers reversed card, and thought that maybe I wait til winter to reach out
Am I somewhat on the right path with my reading?

Question- Will the person stay in (ABC) city for the next year or will things change?
Interpretation-
Past- The world- The person has in the past influenced people around them in a good and positive manner, helping them gain consciousness and bringing light into others' lives.
Present- The lovers- the person's current life is engorged in love and desire where they are currently.
Future- Judgement- This card is a wake up call for the person to move ahead from their current situation as the times and patterns are changing for them in the future.
So I feel that the lovers and judgement is such a strong card that there is a possibility that the person can move to another city.
What do you think? Please let me know if I interpret it correctly. Sorry for the edits, reddit was marking my post as NSFW and deleting it, so, I realized its because of the cards.
