In my current job for coming up to a year now and another role has come up in a different company for the same role on contract.

First spread I asked if I should stay & second spread I asked if I should apply for the new role.

I feel like I should stay in my current role and even though I’m feeling under pressure I think things will get better.

Opting for the contract role I think could be getting out of my comfort zone and learning new things but the job itself wouldn’t be any better.
