Just got a call from a so called crypto.com employee who said that my account has been accessed from a different region. Funny enough as normally an email is being sent for that.

I played along and he could see that a trezor wallet was used before to transfer some balance back and forth to crypto.con. He then proceeded and opened a Trezor case reference for me to avoid any NPM attack.

At this point I realized it it a scam so I played along with him. He forwarded me to the Trezor support but i started playing dumm and didn’t give this case reference.

What can I do to either cancel this case reference?

Planning to buy a trezor, i am using blockstream jade (BTC-only) now but i wanna buy some altcoins.

The question is: can i use my current seedphrase to create a multi-coin wallet on trezor or need to create a new one?

Hello I’m under the assumption that as time goes on all of these phone providers such as Apple Google et cetera are all starting to lockdown their operating systems by either disabling sideloading or implementing OS level age verification into their devices removing anonymity and slowly connecting us to some weird black mirror control grid

Already own a Tangem set and I’m looking to diversify into another wallet, before I pull the trigger. I just wanted to know if it’s possible to side load the APK onto a custom operating system/ ROM or are you only able to install the app on stock devices from the manufacturer

Hi, I understand that Dash only works with older firmware, but how could I manage it even with third-party apps? I'm not asking them to add it again, but what apps (Electrum Dash doesn't work for me) could I use to manage Dash?

Does anybody here have experience using trezor for SSH keys? Seems like a pretty cool idea although a bit concerned regarding backups…any thoughts? Seems like there was a lot of work around this a few yrs back until it apparently died off..

I'm trying to buy bitcoin on Trezor 7 through Topper, but when its time to pay it says the notabene pop upp is not supported... This is a new Trezor 7 and I just updated everything please help, as currently I'm feeling like I wasted £200 on a useless cold wallet?

My Trezor Model T became unusable and started displaying a red screen immediately after performing the latest firmware update. I contacted Trezor Support, but because the device is over two years old, they declined to replace it and only offered a 10% discount on a new device.

Thankfully, I was able to recover my wallet using my recovery seed and passphrase on a Ledger Nano X, so my funds are safe. My concern is that a hardware wallet becoming unusable after an official firmware update seems like something that deserves a better resolution than a discount, even if it’s technically out of warranty. This seems unfair. I liked my Trezor way more than Ledger until this experience.

Has anyone had success getting a case like this escalated or receiving a courtesy replacement?
I’d appreciate hearing about others’ experiences.

I’m running into a strange issue with my Trezor passphrase. it's keep saying wrong pharse or no existing account found but while entering it in open passpharse it says duplicate sometimes no old wallet found.

(for context I copied & pasted from clipboard each time)

I came across a GitHub issue from 2025 that seemed related (closed with no clear resolution) and similar reports on Reddit.

At this point my anxiety hit, so I already moved funds to another wallet.

We're looking for someone to help us review German firmware translations for Trezor.

The role mainly involves checking that the language feels natural, technical terms are translated correctly, and UI flows make sense in context.

So I've been using trezor since trezor was the only harware wallet, so i have model 1s and model Ts. Since those days I need more protection so have some questions

1) So I've accepted that the bitcoin only version is safer and I may need one of those. But i was planning to buy 2, and I remember the days when everyone and their mother created hardforks. I'm worried that quantum computing may advance quicker than currently assumed and the network my have an uncontentious hard fork to make BTC quantum proof in the next few years. Will the bitcoin only version be able to pivot? I have 1 or 2 non-bitcoin coins that so i need at least 1 wallet that supports multiple coins and would like to be prepared incase someone comes out with a hardfork that actually holds a bit of value (unlike 99.9% but BCH held value for a while) but if there is un uncontentious hard fork to quantum harden the network will the bitcoin only version adapt or will i be left with a brick?

2) Is buying from an approved domestic reseller as safe as buying from satoshi labs directly? I'd rather not tip my hand off to customs (which if my wallets had to come from Czechia customs would know I'm getting crypto and bitcoin only wallets)

3) will support continue for the trezor 1 and model T or will those become bricks at some point

4) finally this may not be the best place to post but does anyone have a link to the guy that tests all the metal and physical seed phrase holders? he was an independant guy and tested hundreds of version, would use a plasma torch plus acid plus hydraulic jack to see which seed phrase holder held up to the harshest tests?

I just got myself a Trezor Safe 7 after having had a Trezor Model T for years. I might replace this Trezor Safe 7 later after new batches with the redesigned TROPIC01 chip get shipped. I'm not going to ask about SLIP39 vs. BIP39. I understand that SLIP39 hasn't been adopted by many hardware wallet vendors and that has been adopted by some software wallets. I understand that SLIP39 is an open standard, and that Trezor, as a company, stands for open source.

I swept my funds to SLIP39 from a BIP39 wallet. I chose a recovery threshold of three of five shares. I've been able to memorize my passphrase, but I'm one brain injury away from forgetting it, so I wrote it down on two sheets of Relyco paper. My shares are on Relyco paper right now. I intend to get five 20-word Trezor Keep Metals eventually....and to keep my passphrase places that are away from my shares.

Life's been tough for me. I used to have 1.02 BTC in 2014, and after having spent it due to complete anxiety from shitty life circumstances, I did the same with 1.44 BTC in early 2020. This is all when the system has given me no choice but to save in Bitcoin. But I'm committed to saving now! And to keep scammers away, I currently have two dollars in Bitcoin. Your messages are not welcome.

So, I guess, I'll ask... I think that it'd be a good idea to practice asset recovery every few months. Would you recommend anti-tamper stickers for when I'm out of the stickers that come with my Trezor Safe Metals? Thank you so much.

I use my trezor almost never.
I used it once to set it up and hodl in cold storage.
That is like a year ago.
Should i update the firmware?
In what intervals is it recommended to update/check?
