I had an issue over winter and decided to chop my syngonium milk confetti back. She’s been growing back fine and outside of watering it I have paid little attention to her. I picked her up today and this is what I’m finding. Now, I have another plant that will develop little dark green splotches here and there but nothing like this.

I thought this was a white butterfly but it’s latest leaf gave me some funky darker variegation. It was in a vase full of water with a bunch of other syngonium types (not sure if that would make a difference…) but these are all from the same stem 🤔 so funky!

I just picked these little dudes up from Home Depot. Google said the first is a Tricolor Confetti and the second is a Plum Allusion but I wanted to make sure

The roots of my arrowhead syngonium have started to pop out of the bottom and its growth has stunted. I’m guessing this guy is pretty leggy? Should I split it down to half its size into two pots or repot in a bigger container and prune back the long pieces?

Also, I’m not sure if my roots are too high up. I saw somewhere that they like to hang, but mine mostly sticks straight up. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I noticed this spot today, and a water droplet on another leaf, I watered about two days ago. Could I have gotten the leaf wet?

My Strawberry Ice disguised as a Caladium, a White Butterfly, Mini Pixie, Milk Confetti, Panda Galaxy, Neon Robusta, Coral, and Confetti. Sorry about all the other photo bomber plants, like the Philodendron, the Ginger, the Spider the Dieffenbachia and the Cordyline, apparently they wanted in on a piece of the picture as well. The 3rd photo is another Coral, 4th a Neon Robusta with one top leaf that resembles a pink lava and happily climbing a coir pole, 5th a Panda Galaxy before it reached the Galaxy, 7th another Confetti, 8th a White Butterfly that pretty much grows wild wherever it wants. It jumped ship out of its pot several years ago and hasn't returned since. I also have a baby Pink Tri-Spot that I dont have a picture of right now.

Show me your Syngonium. Id love to see which ones you have. I still have quite a few on my "get" list as well, especially the gorgeous leaves of the Mojito, the Orm Nac Red, the Red Arrow, Batik, 3 Kings, Scrambled Eggs, the Albo, Holly M, Green Splash, Starlite, Var. Chiapense, Llano Carti Rd, Rayii, and the list goes on. They grow so effortlessly here in Florida I feel like I need to collect them all. 😁

Hiya, my syngonium mottled has recently been putting out more mature leaves (divided in three leaflets and larger in size). I have noticed however that the variegation was slightly less pronounced on these leaves than it was on the juvenile ones (see photos - I feel like older leaves had really good contrast and the new ones are leaning more towards an aurea colouring). It receives bright indirect light, has strong areal roots attaching to the pole, is actively growing, and generally seems really healthy (it always been happy with this so far - I’ve gotten it when it was much smaller than it is now). I was thrilled to see divided leaves as I took it as a sign the plant was happy and well cared for. But I’m now I’m getting confused as to why the divided leaves would be less variegated.

Does anyone have any insight on this? I would really appreciate it :)

My red spot tricolor has been putting out this long vines with tiny leaves as opposed to its normal way of growing. There's 2 plants in the pot, both have started to do this. I've had it for 2 years and this is the first time I've encountered this 💀 I'm kinda stumped

Is this okay? Or should I cut it all the way down? I feel like it will grow ugly. Should I just keep the longest one and take out the roots of the other cut ones? It’s still growing but I’m not sure what to do

Im sure this is a redundant question, but I am confused about which part is the petiole. Are petioles the “stalk like” portion(#1) that connects the leaf to the rest of the plant, or the “sheath like” portion (#2) at the base

Hello everyone, I bought this syngonium yesterday, there are 6 plants in one pot, it looks to be leggy and it has lost most of its pink colors and some leaves are crispy, but there's new growth. I'm new to plant care and would highly appreciate some advice on how to make it healthier and more aesthetically pleasing. The plant doesn't have root rot, I repotted it yesterday using a chunky soil mix, and I have placed it under bright indirect light and watered it, I just don't know what to do from here, so any advice would be highly appreciated Thank you ❤️

This is about 2 years old, I have put them on moss poles in the past, but this one seems to like the hang!
