Fender Motion 16 Production & Performance Controller - Andertons Music Co.

I’m sure we all love S1 for a lot of the same reasons (and other unique reasons). So, I figured instead of trashing the company.. I’d like to give them some props.

OVERALL:
- The workflow is unmatched. The ease and simplicity of the drag and drop attributes. Everything seems to make sense.
- I like how you’re able to cook up beats with ease, record and do surgery on audio/vox, and then mix & master all in one place.
- That Studio One sound. Funny story I heard once: the exact same plugins with the exact same setting were used on a Logic session and a Pro Tools sessions and then bounced. They did a blind test with notable mixers. The Pro Tools users unanimously agreed that they enjoyed the Logic bounces. The Logic users chose the Pro Tools bounces 😂
- The stock synth plugins are actually great sometimes. Love some of the “real instrument” synths
- The CPU rarely overloads, if at all. I have BIG sessions sometimes and S1 seems to handle them better than even Pro Tools does. No crashing.
- Automatic and constant backups. Never lost my
work with S1.
- The Master Volume control when exporting for various types of bounces you need eg; Radio, Streaming, Netflix, YouTube, etc
- I could go on and on but you get the gist.

FENDER STUDIO PRO UPGRADE:
- Celemony Tonalic
- Moises (I’m a male songwriter and now I don’t have to send around demos of me singing about twerking and other things women sing about 😭) I use 11labs and Suno too. But it’s nice to have the voice changer in the box.

I literally just worked out the kinks for me in the big new update, so, my list is a little short at this point.

I’d like to hear some of the new tools/advantages you all are enjoying in the new version! Or just things you love about S1
