Anti Aging [Anti-aging] Almost 30 years old, skin looks much older, not sure what am I doing wrong Spoiler
I have added a photo of how my skin looks most of the time.
My morning routine: wash with cleanser, tonic, vitamin c, moisturizer, spf.
My evening routine: wash with cleanser, tonic moisturizer.
Other products I have tried: retinol (stopped because of pregnancy and breastfeeding), niacinamide, salycilic, caffeine under eyes, chemical peeling.
Biggest issues: dullness, huge pores, lines on forehead, around mouth and eyes, dark circles around eyes. I feel like my skin is not tight enough, like there is excess skin.
I have been using spf daily for over 6 years. I drink enough water, I exercise and eat as healthy as possible. My bloodwork and hormones are ok. I slept 7-8 hours per night when this photo was taken (I'm 3 months postpartum now so I sleep less).
My skin has been like this for at least 3-4 years now.
I have a dermatologist appointment in december (I'm in Europe and the waiting lines are insane).
Any advice I can apply till then?
