Ordered something that’s about 40kg minimum (litter sand for cats) and the rider is telling me he can’t deliver my parcel because his motorcycle can’t carry it nor those with side cars want to because it’s really heavy. He is asking if I can pick it up from their space instead.

I said no because 1) I am busy with work and 2) it is not my job nor my fault that the parcel was assigned to them.

Now, my questions is, hindi ba declared ng couriers ano yung maximum weight na kaya nilang dalhin? Para kung heavy item, sa mga naka 4 wheels ipapadala at hindi sa 2 wheels. I’ve ordered this amount of the item before and 4 wheels naman ang nagdeliver no issues.

It’s annoying because the rider is implying na ireturn to sender nalang niya pag di ko pinickup or walang tutulong sa kanya magdala.

Nabanned ung SPP ko with no reason after paying my Sloan in advance. When I chatted the customer service and try appealing for my account, normal naman daw ang status ng account. But may isa din akong enquiry where pinapapasa nila ako ng proof of income or soa. Should I just let it be since normal status naman ang account ko kaso di nga lang ako makapagwithdraw na sa Sloan. Will I still be able to pay my sloan? If i dont submit the documents they require will my account get banned permanently?

May marerecommend ba kayo na study tables na katulad nito na super taas? Yung pede gamitin pag nasa kama. Not necessarily may cupholder and ipad slot, ok lang kahit wala.
