Celtic favorites for title?
Seems most bookies are listing Celtic as slightly favourites for the title.
I have not met a Celtic fan who is confident based on what we and Rangers have done in the close season. So who are the folk still putting money on them?

Should Scottish football follow the Scandinavian model and play spring to autumn?
Just a thought as I read about Hibs losing to a Kosovian team, remember Hearts getting pumped by Sturm Graz, and think about all the other times Scottish teams have been pumped in the qualifying rounds and described as "lacking sharpness." Also avoid the shite weather during the winter that leads to postponements?
Admittedly, could be talking totally out my arse, which I'm wont to do, so fair play.

Discussion Right. Here's a good quiz question
Complicated question but stick with it
Which player has played in a game with someone who's career started longest ago and also someone who's career is furthest away from their own start date... now that's word soup but put it like this:
Ronaldo for example, had played with Ryan Giggs (career start 1991) and with Bruno Fernandes (career still going 2026) meaning thats a Football play with age of 35 years.
Obviously you'll want to go back a bit for this and max out longevity but whats the best you can come up with?
BUT.. unlike my example it had to be Scottish leagues themed.
Current best in the comments is: Alan Rough played with Danny Lennon whose last game was 2019 and also a guy called David Holt who played for Queens Park in 1957, a 62 year span for Roughie

Happy Hours will be legal in MA thanks to the Tartan Army
Pretty much since prohibition, Massachusetts has had a blanket ban on happy hours and late opening until the world cup. Thanks to the tartan army, the ban in in the process of being lifted.
Cheers!

BBC Scotland their "research"
I can't believe some of the sloppy journalism BBC Scotland hacks get away with when reporting on foreign teams.
"HB - or Havnar Boltfelag Torshavn to give them their full name" - the "Torshavn" part is where they're from and absolutely not part of their full name - which is just Havnar Bóltfelag - the Harbour's Football Team. I don't expect the diacritic - Boltfelag is fine.
They do mention that HB and Motherwell have played before but in this whole article there's no mention of the most recent and most, surely, pertinent thing that links these two clubs.
Jens Berthel Askou managed both clubs. Zero mention of that in the article.
*Qualifier, I am half Faroese and more likely to notice something like this but I also used to do commentary for betting streams and would do my research beforehand. Stuff like this is just lazy and uninformative.

Transfers Aaron Tshibola returns to Rugby Park on 1 year deal
Was an excellent addition to the squad in last January that brought the standards of the midfield right up, so I'm personally fucking buzzing with this
