2026 is here... OK, now what? The Space Emperor's Shares
I asked Chat GPT to, "Write a new story about Virgin Galactic shareholders using the theme and story from the old classic booked 'The Emperor's New Clothes'"
It's pretty entertaining. Here is their reply:
Here's a satirical retelling inspired by The Emperor's New Clothes. It's fictional, humorous, and uses the themes of hype, social pressure, and self-deception.
The Space Emperor's Shares
In a prosperous kingdom called Wall Streetia, there lived a company known as Virgin Galactic. It promised something extraordinary: ordinary people would soon soar into the heavens, touch the edge of space, and return as pioneers of a new age.
The company was beloved by dreamers. Its presentations were magnificent. Its videos were breathtaking. Its future seemed limitless.
Among its greatest admirers were the shareholders.
Whenever anyone asked difficult questions—such as when profits might arrive, how many customers would actually fly, or why new shares kept appearing—the shareholders would smile knowingly.
"You simply don't understand the vision," they would say.
One day, two clever promoters arrived in Wall Streetia.
"We possess a remarkable gift," they announced. "We can see the true value of the company. But only the intelligent and forward-thinking can recognize it. To ordinary minds, the value will be invisible."
The shareholders were delighted.
At once, the promoters began drawing magnificent charts showing soaring revenues, vast fleets of spacecraft, and endless streams of wealthy passengers lining up for tickets. They displayed dazzling projections and colorful presentations.
Yet, whenever anyone looked closely, there was surprisingly little substance underneath.
The first shareholder examined the projections.
"I don't really see the profits," he thought nervously.
But he feared appearing foolish.
"Magnificent!" he declared. "The profits are enormous."
The second shareholder looked.
"I don't see the cash flow either," she thought.
But she, too, worried about being considered short-sighted.
"Extraordinary!" she proclaimed. "The future earnings are dazzling."
Soon everyone was praising the invisible riches.
Financial commentators praised them.
Online investors praised them.
Social media influencers praised them.
Anyone who questioned the story was dismissed as lacking imagination.
"The opportunity is obvious," they were told.
Years passed.
New spacecraft were promised.
New timelines were announced.
New projections were unveiled.
Whenever reality failed to match expectations, shareholders explained that true visionaries understood that greatness merely required a little more time.
Then came the Grand Shareholder Parade.
The company's leaders marched through Wall Streetia displaying the latest projections of future success.
The crowd cheered.
"What incredible margins!"
"What astonishing growth!"
"What beautiful profitability!"
Yet many secretly wondered why the actual numbers seemed harder to find than the projections.
At the edge of the crowd stood a young analyst with no position in the stock.
He studied the parade carefully.
Then he shouted:
"But where are the earnings?"
The crowd fell silent.
A few investors frowned.
Others checked their spreadsheets.
One shareholder whispered to another:
"Now that he mentions it..."
Soon more voices joined.
"And where are the profits?"
"And where is the demand?"
"And why does the timeline keep moving?"
The cheering weakened.
The leaders continued marching, trying not to notice.
The promoters quietly slipped away.
And the shareholders of Wall Streetia learned an old lesson:
Dreams can be valuable.
Vision can be powerful.
But when everyone becomes afraid to ask simple questions, even the most intelligent crowd can end up applauding invisible clothes.
The End.

TRUST ME BRO, I'M FROM THE INTERNET!!! SPCE could hit an inflection point.... Previous examples where DOOM seemed inevitable but the opposite happened.
Greetings Nerds and Virgins,
Below are a few real life examples of what could happen with SPCE. In the dumps now, but we can point to others instances of good old fashioned comeback from behind story that emerged from the smoldering debris to rise like a phoenix of glory.
Indeed there are companies/stocks that had a good start, deteriorated to an unhealthy point that recovery seemed impossible, but hit an inflection point and is doing great today.
Will SPCE have the same fate?
Let's take a look at a few.

2026 is here... OK, now what? Deadline to Submit Claims for the Virgin Galactic ($SPCE) $8.5M Settlement Is In a Month
Hey guys, just a reminder for anyone who held Virgin Galactic ($SPCE) the deadline to file a claim in the $8.5 million investor settlement is approaching.
The settlement covers claims that Virgin Galactic misled investors about issues affecting its spaceflight program and the timeline for commercial operations.
If you bought $SPCE between 2019 and 2021, you may still be eligible to recover losses. Make sure to check your eligibility and submit a claim before the August 13 deadline.
Did anyone here hold $SPCE during that period?

These are gonna take a while to digest.
.
EXPLANATORY NOTE

(the “Company”) was greater than $700 million. Therefore, the Company is filing this Registration Statement in light of meeting the requirements to qualify as a “well-known seasoned issuer” and being eligible to file an automatic shelf registration statement.

TRUST ME BRO, I'M FROM THE INTERNET!!! Short Squeeze
I’ve been following Martyn Lucas and he is apparently re-entering SPCE with other major investors to squeeze the stock now, that the short interest is back up at 40%.
This may get interesting.

TRUST ME BRO, I'M FROM THE INTERNET!!! SPCE - At $2.57 the Market is Pricing in 0% Probability of Success.
The way forward for Virgin is difficult. I would give them a 33% chance Delta won’t fly. And another 33% chance Delta flies but is never profitable.
But if Delta flies and can break even or better SPCE is a $6 billion company in one year (23x current valuation)
At $2.57 a share the market has capitulated and is pricing in 0% possibility of success, and the possibility of success is substantially higher than 0%
Positions and Disclosure: I am a retail investor not a financial advisor or aerospace professional. I opened a new call position today at $2.60 break even price.

2026 is here... OK, now what? There seems to be more evidence of commercial operations ramping up on LinkedIn job posts
Just looked and there’s a medical support specialist job which they probably need to monitor the customers during their training and when they come back or even preflight screening.
Also saw a post for Director of Global Astronaut Sales to start helping ramp up ticket sales again.
Not huge but I think it’s something since they wouldn’t be hiring those unless they’re planning to actually start commercial services or at least management is still aiming for the 2026 timeline

2026 is here... OK, now what? Outstanding shares at 140 million
Just looked on yahoo finance. Frankly not even sure which source to trust since it’s different market cap on Robinhood, yahoo finance, and fidelity differ. Yahoo has the market cap at 372.48 million as of yesterday’s close of $2.65. So puts the shares at 140.55 million shares. I trust this more due to all the recently dilutions with debt note
Wondering how much more dilution they’ll do. I’m estimating by the end, at least 200-220 million shares.
Which to give you guys a perspective. At $10/share we’re looking at $1.4 billion market cap vs 2.2 billion.
At $100/share, 14 billion vs 22 billion.
They’re gonna need to do a LOT of business and revenue to ever justify that market cap which I know we surpassed that during the hype before Branson flight.

2026 is here... OK, now what? Another debt holder cashing out
June 29, 2026
.
In the Exchange, $52,479,000 in aggregate principal amount of the 2027 Notes plus accrued interest were exchanged for an aggregate of 17,350,341 shares (the “Shares”) of the Company’s common stock and pre-funded warrants.
Exercised below the floor, so the debt holder really wanted to cash out.
Of course, since this was a private placement, the dilution is in addition to the shelf offerings.

TRUST ME BRO, I'M FROM THE INTERNET!!! History Lesson
History lesson:
Scaled Composites and MAV built the first craft for the Antari prize.
Branson came along later and formed a JV with SC/MAV to form TSC. Scaled Composites and MAV designed, built, tested, and maintained the craft.
Keep in mind that SC and MAV hold all the patents for the concept and the craft. Sierra holds the patents for the rocket motor. VG hold no IP. VG must pay royalties to use those patents.
VG marketed the concept for space tourism, to sell the concept to other entities worldwide.
VG was the first customer, non-exclusive, and ordered 6 passenger craft and 2 carrier craft.
When SC built the ROC, (now the largest composite aircraft ever built, negating VG claims) so the relationship soured, and only one carrier and 2 passenger craft were built.
VG blew up the first craft, Enterprise in 2014, due to pilot error.
SC left the building and took everything with them. The patents, the design, the tooling.
VG attempted to finish the next 2 craft, the first Tier III craft, that SC has started. They could not. (imagine and Inspire)
In 2018, AABAR left the building. They were on board for the rocket launch capability from the UAE.
VG was broke and destitute. They SPACd with Chamath to get money to continue the "scheme".
Look at the SPAC Investor brief. VG claimed all sorts of operational aircraft, pie in the sky passenger rates, and $$$ revenue. (remember the 3036 passengers flown by end of 2023)
They claimed back in 2022, that Inspire was ready to begin test flying. It was but a shell to prop up the plummeting shareprice? Ready to test fly, and???
Since then, Unity and WK2 have fallen apart after only a handful of flights, leading to over 14 months of repairs. They they flew again, and abruptly cancelled any further flights.
The reason, to save money for Delta??!!?!? Dont they make money by flying passengers? That should be a few clues to this scheme.
A veiled delay, that most missed, was their reported design, construction, and testing of a new carrier craft.
First was with Boeing, and was supposed to be flying by 2025.
Then they claimed it was in design and construction began 1Q 2026.
Last call, they slid in 2030!!!
WK2 simply has never been able to fly more than once a month without massive repairs. Yet now, the flight schedule is twice a week???
The images of Delta 1 show a craft about 65% complete on the exterior. This is to begin flight testing in 2 weeks?
Delta 2 is no where to be seen. The moved the rocket forge to the former assembly bay....
Its all there, if you choose to look and comprehend.
Debt holders are cashing out early...
Just like Branson..
Will discuss the Branson sell offs, including the First Lien in another post.
(I post these updates far more frequently than VG posts updates on the alleged Delta craft progress!)
TRUST ME BRO, I'M FROM THE INTERNET!!! Anything $3.00 and below you're sitting pretty
After selling all my shares during the bonus round meme play. I patiently waited for reentry.
I'm ready for delta. I feel the comfort of being the small spoon in my position which has dramatically increased thanks to meme BS.
SPCE is gonna make it.

2026 is here... OK, now what? Such emptiness
Look at the hangar behind in these images. There is NOTHING going on. There is NO Delta 2 under construction (that assembly hangar is now the Rocket Force, and is well, empty.
Look at that craft...its going to be ready to flight test in less than 3 weeks?!?!

TRUST ME BRO, I'M FROM THE INTERNET!!! Why I'm adding
Return to revenue via tourist and research flight is scheduled for this year. The price collapsed by 95% due to revenue stop, how much can it recover when it resumes?
VG is projecting heavy revenue in q1, profit in q4 2027. Can they do it? So far delta milestones in 2026 have been great.
If delta is successful and they end up with 15 delta ships across 3 spaceports. Stock could 100-1000x in a decade if they dont screw up and fail that is.
I am adding gently. No one should yolo
