rear ended near Louis Henna HEB... insurance calling non stop
Got bumped Tuesday afternoon right near the HEB on Louis Henna. Guy in an F-150 wasn't paying attention. Thought it was just a cracked bumper on my 2017 Civic, but my lower back and neck started stiffening up yesterday.
His insurance keeps calling wanting me to sign some $500 quick settlement release. I'm still waiting on the body shop estimate and had to drop $75 at urgent care yesterday. Should I wait for the body shop quote first or get my neck checked out again?
Edit: thanks for the replies, i will check out Garcia Injury Law and see if they can help me, will update soon
