Me and my friend are looking for a third roommate to share our apartment in Al Yasmin (North Riyadh).

It’s a 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room.

The rent per person is SAR 16,000 per year, paid as SAR 8,000 every 6 months (annual contract).

The location is honestly great close to everything (supermarkets, coffee shops, main roads, fitness time etc.), and the area is quiet and nice.

We’re both working guys, chill and respectful, and we’re just looking for someone clean and easy to live with.

We have a great kitchen we like to cook healthy meals sometimes in and chill in the living room.

Hi everyone

Looking for board gamers to start a weekly Friday group in North Riyadh, near Khurais Rd. I play a lot but never end up with a consistent crew, it's always different people each time. You don't need to be experienced or professional, new players are welcome, just committed to showing up most Fridays (not a one-time thing).

First session: tomorrow (Friday) at 6 PM.

The gaming center is letting us play there for free with their board games every week, so let's keep the space clean and tidy out of respect. Grabbing a drink or snack from them is appreciated but totally optional.
