I think this would be one of the most bittersweet endings Re:Zero could have. Beatrice spent 400 years waiting for "that person," and when she finally found Subaru, she also found a reason to live. Watching him grow old while she barely changes would be heartbreaking. Still, I believe Subaru would want her to keep living, smiling, and finding happiness even after he's gone. It would be a painful farewell, but also the greatest proof of how much they changed each other's lives.

I've been seeing lately, especially from a guy IQ SCALING EMILIA CAMP, that people kinda hate on Emilia for being dumb also saying she should be smarter for her age. WHAT AGE BROTHER? she was frozen when she was about 7-10years old. She meets subaru after 7 years of being unfrozen. This means she is about 14-17 years of mental age. That ain't that good.
