Thoughts on the new body kit coming soon by MSports? I think I might have to get this one.

This is the best the Z has looked imo. I just wish it was like 5k-8k cheaper.

I'm trying to bite the bullet, but I'd feel more comfortable knowing what income everyone makes to comfortably (or uncomfortably) afford this car.

Bought her back today though!! Has to be the first time I bought the same car twice!

Install was a huge PIA. Couple things to note:

1. The clips Z1 provides are tough to work with. You might want to consider reusing your Nissan clips.

2. Instructions say to use a 8mm hex wrench on the oil can banjo fittings but they actually need a 5/16 wrench.

3. When you reinstall the intercooler, mount the bottom half first, then guide the top inlet into the rubber hose. I put the hose and c-clamps onto the throttle body the took a pair of plyers to stretch the hose back onto the intercooler.

First pic is parked where my Camaro goes, second is in its home under the car port and 3rd is my Z 28 Camaro that goes in the first parking spot, I have since cut the grass as the photo was taken after a recent rain week in Texas so I couldn't cut the grass.

Recently installed the stillen competition on my Z performance 9AT. Was really back and forth but went with the comp because I wasn’t sure the street would provide much difference vs the oem automatic exhaust. All comparisons I’ve been able to find with these touring or street exhausts always seem to use the manual as a baseline which is much quieter.

After driving for a few days I’m finding the drone at city speeds annoying (highway is no different than stock thankfully). Otherwise it sounds fantastic but I spend a lot of time cruising at 40-50. My first thought was to see if stillen would sell me the street mufflers for hopefully something that splits the difference. Don’t know if any auto guys have installed the stillen street or something similar and what their opinions are?

Out of curiosity... Any golfers in here that can confirm a golf bag will fit in the back? Thanks in advance for the info.

First 9 seconds is a true cold start. After that is a warm start rev plus front for a closeup on the intake.

I had a 350z years ago, then kids came along so they had "sensible cars"! Now they're all grown up I'm wanting something a bit more sporty. The 350z was good, but I wasn't blown away by it. How does the new Z compare? I haven't had a chance to drive one yet.

I have a 2024 performance Z and bought it used with 900mi on it. It HAS been in a rear end accident, reported on CARFAX and all.
Trunk was replaced but no mention of the door being replaced/painted/body work/anything in that manner.
I am colorblind… But even I can see this difference of black on the front quarter panel to the driver door.
Any suggestions on what I can do to correct this color? Any idea what could have caused it? Thanks yall!
(Last photo shows- near the door handle it’s the correct dark full black. So only near the front of the driver door this faded black is happening)

Just noticed this scratch on my trunk. Scratch doesn’t feel deep as I barely feel the groove with my nails but it is annoying to look at since it’s on the black. I’m pretty sure the black part is a vinyl so any way to repair this or make it less noticeable?

I live in WA state and am stuck with 92 octane (state regulated), haven’t run anything else and e85 is had to find. Only mod I have is an invidia N1 cat back system which I noticed a performance boost with. Reading I noted the car will cut power if it detects below 93 octane but thought it couldn’t make that much difference. I just had an oil service and decided to run some stp octane booster in it as a treat. Omg what a noticeable difference. Feels like a completely different car. Would there be any harm in running it with every tank? It supposedly will boost 21 gallons +3 octane.

TLDR: octane booster works. Will long term use cause issues

Does anybody have a link where I can buy one of these already painted gloss black??

Mods are in - for now I suppose. AWE touring CBE, B6A intakes and LDP. 20mm spacers all around on factory height. Shut off fake engine and noise cancelling. Replaced Nissan center caps with Z emblems. This sub has been a great resource.

After owning the Z for a year, I’ve decided to install the AMS Alpha 5, complemented by dual Tomei exhaust.

Couldn’t be happier with it. It’s still a great daily, but the extra power and the sound make every drive way more fun.

Is anyone running a ISR single exit exhaust and y-pipe setup?

If so, how is the drone sounds in the cabin at highway cruising speeds?

I’m wanting to do this setup on mine and I love the deep aggressive tone that I’ve heard from that exhaust, but I still want it to be comfortable on long trips.
