Anyone gotten a flag from Function Health (or similar) that needed follow-up imaging — what happened next?

If a DTC health/labs service (e.g., Function Health) ever flagged something that needed follow-up imaging (MRI, CT, etc.) — what actually happened after that? Did they hand you off to somewhere specific, or were you on your own to find a place, book it, and figure out cost?
Not selling anything, just trying to understand how well that handoff actually works today.
