Write lots of small scripts and test changes while building them incrementally and very often as you go.

Reading is the most powerful way of learning something. Read take notes, learn the root(fundamentals) of it and do exercises to help with your problem solving skills. Once comfortable with the basics build projects

It's pretty easy, as far as programing languages go. If you want easier, perhaps try Basic.

Don't rush. Focus on the fundamentals first, practice every day, and start building small projects as soon as you can. You'll learn much more by coding than by watching tutorials. Good luck!

I recommend starting with free beginner tutorials from freeCodeCamp or Programming with Mosh on YouTube. After each lesson, try writing your own version of the code instead of just copying it. That helped me learn much faster.

Check the r/learnpython wiki for lots of guidance on learning programming and learning Python, links to material, book list, suggested practice and project sources, and lots more. The FAQ section covering common errors is especially useful.

Unfortunately, this subreddit does not have a wiki.

Also, have a look at roadmap.sh for different learning paths. There's lots of learning material links there. Note that these are idealised paths and many people get into roles without covering all of those.

Don't limit yourself to one format. Also, don't try to do too many different things at the same time.

Above all else, you need to practice. Practice! Practice! Fail often, try again. Break stuff that works, and figure out how, why and where it broke. Don't just copy and use as is code from examples. Experiment.

i recommend understanding basic psuedocode but it’s not 100% necessary
