Hey guys regarding protest!

In Maharashtra tomorrow 23 july theirs Maharashtra Bandh will there also be such type of thing all over India.

As Delhi University Colleges are opening from 28 July and i had made reservations for 26 July.

So should I go or not I am confused?!!

Please tell me what to do?
