We're looking for 2 Web Developers to join our startup team. This is a remote, part-time opportunity for students, freshers, or anyone who enjoys building modern web applications. You'll work on real-world products, collaborate with a small team, and gain practical startup experience while contributing to features used by actual users.

The role offers a ₹3,000/month stipend. If you have experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, UI design, or have built personal projects, we'd love to see your work. If you're interested, send your resume along with any portfolio, GitHub, or previous projects.

Let's make Reddit a real platform where people actually get hired.

It's has been more than a year I joined reddit from a friend's suggestion as I was told opportunities occur every day.

I decided to adopt it as a tool for potential gigs until I realised that most of job posts or gigs are actually fake and people ask for resume to not get back. I have received couples of DM from people desperate to find real opportunities in Software Development, as I was myself looking, the only thing I could do was to provide peaces of advice.

I now came to ask myself what's the purpose of creating subreddits for jobs opportunities to build fake hope to people actually desperate ??

what a waste

My honest suggestion is as follow:

- Don't post a fake job opportunities: guys anyone who post jobs, apply and get back to us, let us know if any of you secured an interview, let's do something real and stop wasting each other's time. Developers are already busy stressing about the economy. If there was no reply or ended up fake, simple: let's flag the person and remove them from reddit. Better less users who are eagger to help than a lot of time waster.

- Let's give support to those who are looking: give them upvote and comments. If anything can actually help, let's reachout to them directly.

- Add more information on job post: I spoted a lot of job post with missing information like salary, location, stacks... Let's make sure we post all details to help job seeker to identify themself.

- Stop posting content that are not job related. Better keep scrolling

Let me know your though in the comments.
