Whether you’re here because you miss a discontinued childhood snack, your favorite software update completely ruined the app, or your hometown got bulldozed to build a highway, you are in the right place.

This subreddit is dedicated to the things we loved that were taken from us, ruined by corporate greed, or just slowly faded into obscurity.

A quick guide on what belongs here and how to post:

FLAIRS PURPOSE
Discontinued Products, foods, or services that completely vanished from the market forever.
Quality Drop, Shrinkflation & Changed Formula The product still exists, but it’s worse. Smaller quantity, same price, or cheaper ingredients replacing the original ones.
Ruined After Update & Platform Decline Websites, apps, or smart devices that were perfect until a terrible patch/software/OS upgrade, or an ad-filled algorithm that destroyed them.
Bought Out & Missing Feature When corporate greed takes over. Whether a great indie brand gets acquired and ruined, or a company actively removes the best functional part of a product
Packaging Downgrade & Too Many Variants When brands ruin the physical experience. Swapping iconic metal tins for cheap plastic bags, or flooding the aisle with 50 confusing versions of a once-simple product.
Destination Decline Places, cities, and travel spots that used to be beautiful retreats but have been paved over, hyper-commercialized, or ruined by overcrowding.

Include context: Don’t just post a photo without text. Explain why it belongs in the graveyard. When did it start declining? What made it good earlier? What changed or replaced it? Give the backstory, even if it’s brief.

Thank you for being a part of the Product Graveyard Family :)

🗨️ Discussion What brand used to make incredible products but doesn't anymore?

Hi All! I'm working on a project and wanted to gather some feedback from as many folks as possible on the brands that you remember made some great products but no longer does.

Share all of your thoughts - stories, experiences, as well as brand names and models/year/etc.

Thanks in advance! 😊

(2009-2012) in the US. I wish they would bring these back!

Oreo Funstix (also known as Fun Stix) were discontinued simply because they failed to generate the necessary sales and revenue Nabisco required to keep them in production. The hollow, cream-filled wafer sticks also had a reputation for being incredibly messy to eat, which caused many consumers to stop buying them over time

My all-time favorite Pop Tart flavor. I almost wish I never stumbled upon its beauty in that random gas station years ago.

I am not sure if the last picture is how they once looked? I only remember the ones with the pictures printed on them, it might have been an anticipated design.

The tomato vinaigrette for the salad was my LOVE!

My Sheila’s… they’ve killed chicken at starbucks, now it’s just bacon, eggs and bread. To be fair, I liked the chicken sandwich best without the egg (take it off yourself to eat separately!) and with a couple Starbucks Sriracha packets, so delish.

I think it's time we rebel against our Cadbury overlords! Put the headquarters under siege, screw it. Kidnap the frog.

This thing was fire back in the day. And that greenish sauce put this thing over the top! Used to get this at the KFC/Taco Bell in high school with a chicken slider from KFC!

Does anyone remember these little gems from the late 80s/early 90s? It was marketed like a s’more that you’d make at a camp fire but they could be heated in the microwave. I tried to recreate them with melting chocolate, marshmallows and Nabisco Lorna Doone cookies several years ago but it wasn’t the same.
