do greens powders with probiotics actually do anything for gut health

so i've been taking a standalone probiotic for a few months and it's made a real difference for my digestion. i've been looking at all in one morning wellness drinks that combine greens with probiotics and prebiotics but i'm not sure if the probiotic component in those is strong enough to actually do anything meaningful or if it's just a token inclusion.

the appeal is simplifying my routine into one daily scoop instead of managing multiple supplements. but i don't want to give up something that's working just for convenience.

has anyone switched from a dedicated probiotic to a combined greens and probiotic powder and found the gut health benefits were comparable?

Greens powder with probiotics, is it worth getting both in one?

I'm trying to cut down on how many supplements I take in the morning. I currently use a greens powder and a separate probiotic, but I see products that combine both.

Has anyone switched to an all-in-one powder and stuck with it for a while? Did it feel any different for digestion, or do you prefer being able to choose the probiotic strains separately?
