still there absurly more statements about the martial arts in dragon ball than one punch man, while in one punch man the skill is more showed straight up

like by statements dragon ball master like Roshi should be in the tier of skill like Bang and Bomb for both being pinacle of martial arts and basically a godly tier of that
With Monster Garou Surpassing his Master when he combine all his martial arts into the Monster Calamity God Slayer Fist and going even further beyond with the Perfected Fist and then his Fa Jins, then the Cosmic Fear Mode with the Erradicate All Life Fist is trasendtal to all those prior, with MUCH better Deflect with the Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist that can deflect attacks that could shater bones by a grace according to Bang´s level and go twice the power, also there statements that basically have no actuall limit of how much is the gap and see that garou still can use it against a way superior saitama and Damage with Internal Organs doing dura neg with the Fa Jin
while Goku in Dragon Ball OG for like he surpass master roshi still is kinda controversial when but in Z he is straigth up the Best martial artist, the thing is he get a lot of training og godl being of Hundrens, Thounsans, Millons and more much years old and more, still most of the skills are to power amp him and not much are for properly skill itself, like yeah he is very skillfull with the InstaTrasmision and more but the more RELEVANT is the ULTRA INSTINCT by obvios reasons because it let him fight JIREN himself that his skill is considered superior to Vegito and Gogeta (both considered perfect fighters) by being the goal post of Vegeta that should know them and surpassing time itself some how with a WAY better prediction and more agility
So like Goku in Skill should be superior to garou´s at the start
there some problems
1: COSMIC RADIATION, idk if goku show any resistance to that
2: Garou just blowing the planet because he can breath in space while goku can´t
ok let´s know ignore this 2 problems
the other is 3: Fa Jin should be able to One Shot Goku as seem when he fight Hit
Still with Ultra Instinct will be able to dodge those attacks and all that, still if IT HITS even with internal organs movement it would still hit all the body as the shockwaves reaches the other side of the planet so it have way to much range
4: STAMINA, goku have show to have a limit of 1 day of fighting a equal opponent with using wasting energy, while ULTRA INSTINCT is show to be extremly energy waste for goku as seem against Jiren and Granolah as how goku fall down eventually in minutes at best, also we know that goku´s power go down when he have to tired, he could push further but eventually will fall as Garou have absurly good stamina, but also the god´s energy is straight up infinite reserves like Homeless Emperor
5: THE COPY, garou will be able to start copy all goku´s techniques including Ultra Instinct, still at his level he will have to adapt to goku´s because Garou´s ultra Instict still will not be as skillfull as goku in way to dodge and made hits, still he is absurly skillfull so he can keep fighting goku and he can copy as many times he need while goku need to END THIS QUIT
this is not considering any power growth of stats, only skill and haxs
of course goku can counter garou´s portals with TP or if he is get BFR to another dimension he can just break out so this is not a easy fight for neither because garou need preparation to use a fa jin
while goku can´t by pass garou´s defence of water stream rock smasing fist and get in danger of getting counter still be able to avoid it
this fight Goku will have a innitial advantange of experience and combat but garou´s adaptation and stamina
Goku will also adapt to garou´s skill so this a back and four, the problem is the Radiation, the copy and the Stamina
still is a Extreme Diff for Garou
Goku Could win this if he learned the Spirit Fission of yardrat like vegeta, but he don´t have that, because that depower garou from god´s influence
but with out that he the only way to do that would be to shatter his cosmic shell but he don´t have any answer to have that with out absurly overpower him
learning the Time Fist could be posible for goku but garou should teach him that, but goku would notice garou try to do that, still idk how that would work with having diferent time travel systems
