CrimeTea ⚖️ 🫆 A 25-year-old man has become the first person convicted in a sprawling child sex abuse scandal in France. The Paris prosecutor's office has now opened more than 100 investigations involving schools and nurseries across the city since the beginning of the year

He received an 18-month suspended prison sentence after being found guilty of sexually assaulting a young girl at an after-school club when she was between the ages of 3 and 5.

So far more than 132 teachers and after school activity leaders have been suspended but he is the first one sentenced so far

18 months suspended, what type of deterrent is that? What treatment exactly? There’s no cure for this type of perversion, that is a well documented fact!

It's not...It's as sad as the Department of Justice in United States not doing anything to hold the sexual abusers in the Epstein files accountable.

Agreed! Slowly killing any conspirators lower down the chain so they can’t testify in court seems to be the DOJ approach. Another French man mentioned 1,000 times in the files ‘died’ yesterday.

Do people forget that Epstein died in jail and Maxwell is currently sitting in jail?

I know people want there to be a lot more but you understand that in both the Epstein and Maxwell trials multiple victims testified under oath that the only man who raped them was Jeffrey Epstein and that Maxwell trafficked them to Epstein.

No one under oath has accused anyone else. Massie has said he spoke to the victims and had compiled a list and he teases he's going to release it a few times a month but so far not much has come out.

The other victims are either dead or paid off, including the ones trump & his cronies raped.

One of the Bataclan Massacre masterminds will be released within the next year, he's already fathered kids while serving his sentence.

Europeans are not serious people.

Wouldn’t happen in Britain, I can assure you!

The OP is about France. Someone raped a 3 year old and got no prison.
The Bataclan mastermind will be released in Belgium.
In Germany even murderers are entitled to privacy.
In Spain a guy got 10 years for killing and dismembering his landlord. After serving a year he was out on a coffee date and ran away https://www.breakingnews.ie/ireland/irishman-who-admitted-to-killing-his-landlord-in-spain-has-escaped-from-prison-1930475.html

Just the cases off the top of my head/recently in the news. Maybe there's hope in the former soviet states, but the rest of Europe seems extremely keen on doing nothing to protect their populations nor properly punishing criminals.

I could cherry pick all the dirty USA cops who got retired with a golden handshake instead of being prosecuted. None of those examples are in Britain so my point still stands. No American should be criticising any other Country when your President and his buddies are in the Epstein files, so hush!

Are there Americans in the room with you right now?

Who could have imagined the country hiding Roman Polanski would be light on pedophiles.

The judge/jury that gave him such a light sentence should have to do the full 18 months right alongside him. This is not justice.

I worked at two public schools and one private school in Paris. I didn’t get any training when it’s comes how should I behave around children nor did a background check. I’m American and an educator, so I well aware of being a mandated reporter and been trained to be hyper aware of contact.

France needs to do a better job!

I posted this in another post but these light penalties for heinous crimes across Europe are going to usher in the far right. Le Pen is already leading polls to be next PM in France.

You can't convict a guy of raping a three year old and then give him an 18 month suspended prison sentence. People say the US has an over incarceration problem but when you have these people that are a danger to society part of being a responsible government is locking them away so they can't harm more people.

The irony is that I am in the US where the Epstein files are being held up by a far right government.

4

By held up I mean, they won’t release them all. For reasons.

The reasons being they are in them or their paymasters are. Far right parties are actually famously known for protecting sexual criminals.

100%

You only care about this for the obvious reason

7

132 teachers suspended for sexual crimes to children as young as three is actually a massive crime and more people should care about this

3

u/Oskiee 2h ago

132 that are known of.

"pay attention to me!"

No I don't have an answer for idealogs that don't know their tits from their asses.

Why does it seem like every country is soft on protecting children from these things? 18 months is not enough. People get more time for pettier crimes. Abuse of children has lasting consequences and far reaching consequences

4

u/PUuSTiNKA 2h ago

I don't understand this at all...IMO This guy should be locked up for at least 10 to 15 years...18 months suspended sentence for sexually abusing and taking away the innocence of a child...This is utterly disgusting!

This is just a circle jerk post
