Just left the factory this morning. Cohiba interior. It should be here toward the end of August. I’m beyond excited!

Moved here from LA about six months ago with my 992.1, and I'll be honest, this traffic is wearing me down. I used to have a 991.1 back when I lived in Tokyo, and somehow that city's chaos never bothered me nearly as much.

Not sure if it's the potholes, the double-parked delivery vans, or just never getting out of second gear, but I'm barely enjoying the drive anymore. Curious if anyone else here owns a 911 (or any sports car, really) in NYC, how are you making peace with it? Weekend upstate runs to stay sane? Different mindset going in? Or did you eventually just give up and get something more sensible for the city?

Would love to hear how other owners deal with it.

I made an appointment for my late dad’s 2015 991.1 . At a Porsche Center close to me for it’s due maintenaince.

It’s a 4S with PDK . Everything runs really smooth. Has around 110,000 km / 68,000 miles .

Is there any special things I should tell them to check for me? What should I look out for in these engines. As far as I know, it’s been a pretty freaking reliable daily driver. But at the end of the day is still a expensive car. And I want to have it for a long time.
