Its in my fucking territory and I have chivalry unlocked so wtf?

Its hard to get a gauge on it since there arnt really leaderboards for it

I finally completed three stars in perfection on all the tribes I have bought so far. Ai-Mo was most difficult, for some reason? I think it was unlucky spawns, because in this most recent attempt, I got decent villages and access to the water south and west. (It helps to play with only two opponents du that there is an empty corner!) Also, the other two tribes were fighting each other tooth and nail, so they left me alone and that was their downfall! It felt easy after several terribly difficult tries. I'm happy I got three stars!

I've recorded my Polytopia addiction here before and got a lot of love for it:

• Two years ago I only got dopamine hits from playing this game
• One year ago I expressed the weekly challenge was the perfect bite size each day to keep me involved but not overcommitted.

So at the risk of sounding promotional I wanted to share where this brought me over the past 6 months and the changes to my gameplay.

Polytopia is still my main mobile game vice. And vices are ok ... I just want to be playing 45m a day not 4hr!

So I eventually created what I see as my polytopia-companion app, Tonic, that ensures I keep my #1 past time ... a past time :). With it I can:

1. My iWatch needs to register sunlight, or my iPhone enough steps, before I can open Polytopia.
   
2. If I reach for it before, its locked. Once unlocked, I have 50m (weekly challenge). After that I can open it but it gets increasibly harder to unlock each time.

But I truly want to keep this about Polytopia and my journey with it:

This game is my sweet moments some days. I love it and everything the developers have made - and I buy every skin when they come out. When I use it right, it keeps me engaged and feeling sharp. I just hate when it starts to change my mood because I have no ability to say no sometimes.

If I'm honest with myself, Polytopia already does its job of keeping me from throwing my entire life at Civ. Now I just need to make sure I stick to bite size pieces with polytopia.

P.S. Oh ..... I almost forgot. If you have the opposite problem as me and want to make sure you don't lose your streak, you can use Tonic so your phone REQUIRES time in POLYTOPIA before other aps unlock. If that's you, I dont know if I'm jealous or worried. Maybe both :)

We're trying to find games with 4 or 9 players, but the game never matches us up in multiplayer... Any solutions?

He probably should have won against Polaris, but I got lucky that he didn't have vision on my capital for the knight chain to end it.

I enjoy playing random opponents, so I usually just make a bunch of games and let whoever join. Sometimes I get really advanced opponents, sometimes not so much. Would be nice if there was a filter for what ELOs you want to match against. I play a lot of matches where I win to get 0, but if I lose, its catastrophic lmao. I guess that makes it half the fun though. Even on an easier match I have to stay focused not to take that L

My friend mains elyrion. We like to play on massive map with tons of bots. As cymanti I rarely beat him and struggle.

Oumanji works on smaller maps but is there anything to beat elyrion’s dragons late game? My centipedes just get obliterated since they’re often clumped together and the dragons have AoE.

I know this is probably a skill issue but I would like some advice!

I’m talking new tribes, balance changes, that sort of thing? I haven’t touched this game in a while (partly due to the topic at hand) so maybe I’m just out of the loop? Since the game has been on steam for a while now, I wonder why workshop isn’t enabled for this game if big changes and updates are going to be so slow (if they’re gonna happen at all)

Why is the game so hard like i have been playing for 6 hr straight and not able to win whenever i get to a winning position riot happens or i just mess up this game is so difficult man 😭😭😭😭

Dragons are by far the most annoying units, move across anything and blast attack, thats some bull.

- i captured whole map

- every my city on max level

- i played on crazy dificulty

- i built a lot of temples

The only weak point in my tribe - is science.

Cymanti was by far the hardest. Maybe I'll finally buy Luxidor now.
