Here's how it works:

Pick a number from 1-1000 and whoever's guess is closest will get to take their pick of one of these fabulous prizes.

But!

I will give the winner a further choice. They could simply take the prize they had chosen and be on their merry way or if they are feeling lucky they can take another gamble. Basically I will roll another number in the same range and if the number is 500 or above they will get to pick two more pokemon from that pool. But if it is below 500 they will forfeit what they originally chose and get nothing and I will move on to the next winner and offer them the same choice. Those are the terms to be followed no matter what!

Looking for preferably pogo (dont have to be from pogo as long as its legit and have proof/selfcaught), so dont offer genned/clonned pokemons.

I've seen SO MANY shiny Whimsicott on the GTS. Most of them have Japanese names, but some have racist names. Is this because someone genned hundreds of them, or is it something else? Also, if I get a Whimsicott with a racist name from the GTS, could I get in trouble?
