i’m roughly 7000 resets into shiny hunting dialga. i’ve seen mixed results when trying to find out if it’s even possible to shiny hunting dialga, right now i’m hunting it in the story where you encounter it at the top of the spear pillar and if you try to leave rowan stops you. i just would like to know for certain that the dialga you encounter can be shiny at this point in the game, or am i wasting my time on a static encounter. i’m fairly certain you can reencounter if you beat dialga but i’d like to use a shiny one for my e4 team tyia

I'm at the galactic veil stone building

the lake is supposed to be drained ,

I need to find the cavern at the center of the lake at lake Valor to onfront Team Galactic.

I'm at the cosmic veilstone building .

They will not let me use the key for the door

When's I unlock this and go back there. I think that's the route to go to the lake that is drained.
