My beautiful wedding was a month ago and it was such an amazing day. I absolutely love my dress and I’m trying to think of ways to wear it again! I purchased my dress at Sparkle Bridal in Sacramento, CA that specializes in plus size gowns. It was so amazing to be able to not worry about dresses not fitting! I hope all future brides feel as beautiful as I did on wedding day.

Hi everyone! I’m posting just to get some thoughts from an outside opinion. I’ve been going back and forth on whether this is the dress for me or not. I love the quality, the style, and it really is such an amazing dress. What are your thoughts? I am planning to keep the dress, but are there any thoughts on what could make it feel or look better for me? It does need to be altered definitely! We’ve got less than 4 months to go til the wedding.

I hope you all doing great and wish you all the best, just as you have me! I did also want to explain the pics having my arms up or hands to my chest in most of them; the dress is super roomy in the chest area and needs altering so I was hesitant and the pictures show my discomfort haha. But I will have it altered to be the perfect fit, and I’ll be taking it into the shop Friday!

Hello! I am having a fall wedding and am really wanting to order a veil with some fall coloured accents (photos attached).

My mom thinks the accents will clash with the beading on my dress. (Also attached).

Do you think it clashes? What type of veil would you choose for this dress?

ALSO if anyone has some suggestions for wide foot bridal heels that would be greatly appreciated.

This was dress #31 that I tried on. Yes, 31. My friend and I went to 3 bridal salons in 2 days. It was my 2nd marriage (but first wedding dress) so I had no idea what I really wanted. I fell in love with this one when I saw it on the rack, and it is actually a bridesmaid dress. No pockets but it twirled so well! The black lace continues down the back to just past the waist.

Azazie came through! I was nervous but I went to a bridal store and everything was so expensive. I tried a few for size and bought online!!

I (27)female, I'm eloping to the love of my life in November of this year.

Since we're eloping, we're both just having a little ceremony between just the two of us since both our families are going through some financial troubles and we personally don't feel like spending tens of thousands of dollars on a wedding which we can save on a home or our future baby in the future. (Btw ...No, I am not pregnant by the way. Just in case a family member sees this post 🤣🤣)

(( Wish we can do something lil bigger but in all honesty, if both of our families are in the same room together,

1: I think all hell will break loose and I really don't want to have a miserable wedding dang on top of that 🤣.

And #2: venues nowadays are just completely crazy with prices. And one thing that's really bad is that we live far from our family so we would either have to have all our family come down to us for a wedding or we would have to go up to them to have a wedding and where they live is completely TOOO expensive just to have a wedding between 30 people.😞💔))

I am a plus size girly who's 5 ft so it is kind of hard for me to find stuff that fits my body well due to length and hip sizes. Usually when I buy dresses that are extra large they fit me too big on top but super tight on my hips so I'm just trying to find something that's a little bit more reasonable for both my body and my wallet cuz I really don't want to spend $1,000 on a dress that's only going to be worn for 2 hours.

She fits gorgeous everywhere but the bust, pnce we get some support built in she's going to be golden

I have a dark long-sleeve dress for a black-tie optional wedding. Forecast is 80° with storms, indoor/outdoor venue. Will I look out of place?

I have two dresses that | absolutely love, but for completely different reasons.
The white dress has an incredibly structured corset with visible ribbing that just works for my body. It cinches my waist beautifully, feels so supportive, and makes me feel secure. The construction of it is honestly my favorite part.
The black dress, on the other hand, is absolutely stunning. I love the train and a black veil with it, I just know my blonde hair and blue eyes would fucking POP! Every single person I've shown it to has immediately said, "That's the one." It's gorgeous, unique, and comfortably within my budget. The only thing I don't love is how my chest sits in it right now, but the seamstress assured me that alterations would fix that.
The problem is... I can't stop thinking about the corset and ribbing in the white dress.
Everyone keeps telling me that when I find the dress, I'll cry or I'll just know. But I honestly don't think I'm that kind of person. I've never been someone who has huge emotional reactions, so now I'm wondering if I'm waiting for a feeling that's never going to happen.
To make things harder, the one person's opinion I want more than anyone else's is my fiancé's... and obviously I can't show him either dress.
l've also already left two bridal shops in tears because I'm a plus-size bride on a $1,200 dress budget, and finding dresses that both fit me and stay within budget has been incredibly discouraging. It's really taken a hit on my confidence, so I don't even know if I'm overthinking these dresses because of that. I've left two bridal appointments in tears now and don't have the courage to go somewhere else.
So l guess I'm asking:
Did anyone else not have that magical "this is the one" moment?
Which dress should I get?
I feel like I'm waiting for a sign that may never come, and I'm terrified of choosing the wrong one. Any advice would really mean a lot.

It's starting to feel like the more dresses I try on, the more confused I am about what I like! I can genuinely find something that I love about each of these dresses, but no dress has all of the things that I love in one. Would love some opinions or advice about how you knew which dress to choose!

Help! I'm desperately hoping someone will have leads or ideas on where to buy plus size Vintage or Vintage inspired Wedding dresses. They're literally the only style of dresses I really are like edwardian, 70's/80's prarie dresses, gunne sax, that sort of style and every time I find something I love, I get my heart broken because it's size SM or M. The only place I've been able to find anything is on Modcloth. I'd love more options but I can't take anymore heartbreak 😭

The first two picture are of the actual gown I bought this gown and I loved it but I decided to go in a different direction. I got it as is brand new with tags there is inperfections on the corset and a small rip not really noticeable by the zipper. I was lucky and got it really cheap and if someone is interested I'd love to give it to someone at that same cost! I paid $475 but I'm open! I really loved this gown but with my event such a voluminous gown will not be practical. What I was thinking I've possible buying a separate corset to put over it and use the dress more as a skirt as well. But I'd love for it to go to a bride in need of a beautiful gown at a good price!

my cousin's wedding is in 3 weeks and the reception is half outdoors until sunset. im terrified. IDK if you saw the news anytime in the past 2 months but theres like historic heatwaves....i already know i'll be sweating through everything FML. but i still wanna attempt to look good despite the sweat puddles and for me that means smoothing out the lumsp and bumps under my dress. anyone found something that holds up for thisgn like weddings? gold star for u if its also hella breathable. brand and fabric recs welcome plz i'm desperate!!!
