I know bowing is used for many things in Japan, but is this like for admiration of the art or another meaning?

So I violated the rule of directly linking users to uncensored content through your posts (captions, profile, etc.), and my account is suspended and that is my fault. But since my account is suspended, I can't access my post to edit and remove it?? There's no other option to remove my mistake so what even is the point of giving me a request form to have my account unsuspended?

So, I sent a request a while ago, and I paid with a debit card, so they did the "charge and refund" thing. But now, I dont have that money anymore (car trouble), and the deadline is coming up. What happens if I dont have money when the work is completed?

I see alot of uncensored genitalia on there which i thought was not allowed? can someone explain how censorship works?
